 ROMANS 6:14 Answer:

A majority of people have a mistaken understanding of this biblical text. They say that we don't need to keep the Law because we are under grace.

Now, because we are under grace, does this exempt us from observing the Law?...

Because we are under grace, does it exempt us from keeping the Law?...

Well, if that was really what the Bible wants to teach us. Based on the reasoning of this majority who give this interpretation to the biblical text.

So does that mean that We, being under grace, could KILL?... We, being under grace, could STEAL?... We, being under grace, could ADULTERATE?...

Because we are under grace, could we DISRESPECT fathers and mothers?... Well, there would be no problem following the reasoning of this majority who preach against the Law of God, the commandments.

But would that be what the Bible wants to teach us?... It's clear and obvious No! That is not what the biblical text wants to teach us.

So, those who claim to be under grace and break the Law, in fact they are under the Law and not grace. Because under grace are those who obey. Therefore, when we break the Law, the Law accuses us.

In texts like these 1 John 3:3-4 and

Romans 7:7 and also James 2:10

Then, some uninformed people come preaching against the Law of God, arguing, We don't need to keep the Law because we are under grace. And they still say we don't need to keep it because Jesus fulfilled it, and that's why we don't need to keep it

But wait, does that mean that Jesus fulfilled it so that we could not comply?... Jesus obeyed it so that we could disobey?...

And what is this Christ, who frees us to disobedience?... Well, I don't know this Christ, and this is not the Christ that the Bible preaches.

Now the truth we need to hear

Acts 7:53

Realize that since creation the fall of man was due to disobedience.
