JUDGE ACCORDING TO RIGHT JUSTICE!

 

- We must JUDGE according to Right Justice (John 7:24): "Do not judge according to appearance, but JUDGE according to right justice." (John 7:24).

- We Must Judge All Things (1st Co 2:15): "But he who is spiritual JUDGES all things, but he himself is judged by no one." (1st Cor 2:15)

- We Must Judge Sin in the Church (1st Co 5:9-12): "For what have I to judge those who are without? Do you not JUDGE those who are within?" (1st Cor 5:9-12)

- Disputes between brothers (1st Co 6:5): "I say this to put you to shame. Is there not wise among you, not even one, who can JUDGE between his brothers?" (1st Cor 6:5)

- Preaching (1st Co 14:29): "And let two or three prophets speak, and let the others judge." (1st Co 14.29)

- Those Who Preach False Gospels (Gal 1:8): "But even if we ourselves or an angel from heaven preach another gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed." (Gal 1:8)

- The Works of Darkness (Eph 5:11): "And do not have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather condemn them." (Eph 5:11)

- Prophets (1st John 4:1): "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits whether they are of God, because many false prophets have arisen in the world." (1st John 4.1)

▪️With all these texts clearly exposed, how is it possible for someone to say "Do not judge so that you will not be judged" (Mt 7:1)???

This verse is linked to its CONTEXT, which must be analyzed in its entirety, before someone ISOLATES IT and goes around telling the whole world that we cannot judge unless we will be judged too! Let’s look at the CONTEXT in which the verse is found:

"1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with the judgment with which ye judge ye shall be judged, and with the measure with which ye have measured it will be measured unto you. 3 And why do you consider the mote that is in the eye of the your brother, and do you not see the plank that is in your own eye? 4 Or how will you say to your brother, Let me take the speck out of your eye, when there is a plank in yours? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will take care to remove the speck from your brother's eye." (Mt 7:1-5)

This is the CONTEXT! Very clearly, Jesus is teaching us that we should not judge if we PRACTICE the same sin or mistake that someone else does, otherwise we will be the HYPOCRITES of verse 5! Note that Jesus begins by saying: "Why do you look at the mote that is in your brother's eye, but do not see the plank that is in your own eye?" Jesus is calling this person who wants to take the speck out of someone else's eye a hypocrite, because he doesn't see that there is a gigantic plank in his own eye! This is what the CONTEXT teaches us, that is, that we should not judge if we are making an even greater or equal error, and not that we should not judge.

We must judge all things according to RIGHT JUSTICE!

● John the Baptist calls the Sadducees a "brood of vipers" (Mt 3:7).

● The Messiah called the Pharisees a “brood of vipers” (Mt 23:33).

● He also called them "children of the devil" (John 8:44)

● Jude calls false prophets “mindless animals” (Jude 1:10)

● John calls everyone who lives in the practice of sin "children of the devil" (1st John 3:8-10).

● Jesus called the MASTERS OF THE LAW and the Pharisees:

- "hypocrites" (Matthew 23.13,14,15,23,25,27,29)

- "blind guides" (Matthew 23.16,24)

- "blind fools" (Matthew 23:17)

- "whitewashed tombs" (Matthew 23:27)

- "serpents" (Matthew 23:33)

● The apostle Peter calls FALSE TEACHERS:

- "insolent" (2 Peter 2:10)

- "arrogant" (2 Peter 2:10)

- "slanderers" (2 Peter 2.12)

- "irrational creatures" (2 Peter 2.12)

- "unrighteous" (2 Peter 2:13)

- "debauched" (2 Peter 2:13)

- "cursed" (2 Peter 2:14)

2. THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD

God's love and His wrath often go together (Num 14:18; Rom 11:22; Heb 12:5) and truly God's wrath is an expression of His love (Ps 136:14-21). If God did not have wrath, his attributes would be flawed. If there were no wrath of God, He would be indifferent to sin, show an absence of morality, and accept foolishness and corruption. Because God is pure, He necessarily needs to hate what is impure. WE CANNOT JUDGE ANYTHING???

CAN WE JUDGE THE TEACHINGS OF FALSE TEACHERS?

Today's Christians believe it is wrong to expose error. I want to once and for all show on a biblical basis that judging is the duty of every (Biblical) Christian.

More than 70% of the comments I receive on my Facebook are the following phrases:

• Do not judge if you do not want to be juged,

• How can you touch an Anointed One?

• Only God can judge,

• Who are you to judge?

Today, defenders of the Christian faith and committed to the word of God are labeled by the biblically illiterate as those “without love” or those who do a “disservice” to the kingdom.

The TOP verse most used by these is the passage from Matthew 7:1 “Do not judge, so that you will not be judged”. The isolated verse as it is being exposed really gives this impression, but we know that every passage must be taken in its context. If we read the entire chapter we will clearly see that the text is referring to hypocritical judgment.

Already in verse 25 Yeshua warns against false prophets. How can we identify these false prophets who may even come dressed as sheep if we do not judge them according to the word of God? By identifying the false prophet, it is lawful and biblical to warn Christians about them.

Many readers of my Face question me and are angry because I denounce the error and warn against those who preach a false gospel, in response I will quote some biblical passages:

• “Breed of vipers, how can you say good things when you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” (Matthew 12:34). Here Yeshua speaks directly to the Pharisees.

• When Yeshua came face to face with the false teachers, he called them “hypocrites,” “blind guides,” “blind men,” “whitewashed sepulchers,” “serpents,” and “brood of vipers” (Matthew 23:23-34 ).

• “Yeshua went up to Jerusalem. And he found in the temple those who sold oxen, and sheep, and pigeons, and the money changers sitting. And having made a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, also the oxen and the sheep; and he scattered the money of the money changers, and overturned the tables; And his disciples remembered that it was written: Zeal for your house will devour me” (John 2:13-16)

• “Is it not written: My house shall be called a house of prayer by all nations? But you have made it a den of thieves” (Mark 11:17).

• “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world” (1st John 4:1).

• “To the Law and the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them” (Isaiah 8:20)

• “…you put to the test those who say they are apostles, and they are not, and you found them to be liars” (Revelation 2:2).

• “And I beseech you, brethren, to take note of those who promote dissensions and scandals against the doctrine which you have learned; turn away from them” (Romans 16:17).

• “Therefore rebuke them severely, so that they may be sound in the faith” (Titus 1:13).

• “Holding fast the faithful word, which is according to doctrine, that he may be able both to admonish with sound doctrine, and to convince those who contradict” (Titus 1:9).

• “Do not have complicity in the fruitless works of darkness; on the contrary, DENOUNCE THEM OPENLY” (Ephesians 5:11).

• “But we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Yeshua Hamashiach, to separate yourselves from every brother who walks disorderly, and not according to the tradition he received from us” (2nd Thessalonians 3:6)

• “…if anyone does not obey our word in this letter, take notice of him, and do not mingle with him, lest he be ashamed. However, do not consider him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother” (2nd Thessalonians 3:14-15).

• “…some will have “the appearance of godliness, but denying the power of it. Stay away from these, for these people can never come to the knowledge of the truth” (2nd Timothy 3:5,7).

• “…preach the word, urge in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all patience and doctrine” (2nd Timothy 4:2).

• “…If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house, nor do you greet him. For whoever salutes him has part in his evil works” (2nd John 10:11)

• “A man who is a heretic, after one admonition and another, avoid him” (Titus 3:10)

• “If anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be cursed forever” (See Galatians 1:6-9)

• “Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord; And touch nothing unclean, and I will receive you” (2nd Corinthians 6:17).

Now I want to point out verses that denounce the error and point out the names:

• PAUL QUOTED PETER PUBLICLY - (Galatians 2:11-14),

• PAUL CITED DEMAS FOR LOVING THE WORLD - (2nd Timothy 4:10),

• PAUL QUOTED HYMENEUS AND ALEXANDER - (1st Timothy 1:18-20),

• PAUL QUOTED HYMENAEUS AND PHILETUS - (2nd Timothy 2:15-18),

• PAUL QUOTED ALEXANDER THE COPPERMAN - (2nd Timothy 4:14-15),

• JOHN QUOTED DIOTREPHES - (3rd John 9).

If you are one of those who think that “the important thing is that the gospel is being preached”, I tell you that this false gospel must be considered #cursed (Galatians 1:8-9) and certainly those who are spreading it they will be judged for it.

A “gospel” that does not preach repentance and does not point out sins as reprehensible can be anything but Christianity…
