ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED?!
John 8:31-32 (NIV): Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Hebrews 10:26-31 (NIV): For if we continue to SIN WILLFULLY after we have RECEIVED THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment and fiery fury that will consume the adversaries. Whoever has rejected the law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Just think of how much more severe the punishment must be for someone who has trampled on the Son of God, PROFANATED THE BLOOD OF THE COVENANT BY WHICH HE WAS SANCTIFIED, and insulted the Spirit of grace! For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
2 Peter 2:20-21 (NIV): Therefore if, AFTER YOU HAVE ESCAPED THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE WORLD through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, YOU ARE AGAIN ENTANGLED AND OVERCOME, the last state for you is worse than the first. For IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR YOU HAD NEVER KNOWN THE WAY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, than after knowing it to turn back and turn away from the holy commandment delivered to you.
