NOTHING IS TAKEN FROM THE EARTH!!!

 

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.

  But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21

The perverse strife of men corrupt in their minds, and out of the truth, thinking that godliness is a cause of gain; separate yourself from such.

But godliness with contentment is great gain.

Because we brought nothing into this world, and it is clear that we can take nothing out of it.

But having food and covering, let us be content with this.

But those who would be rich fall into temptation, and into a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which plunge men into destruction and ruin.

Because the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil; and in their longings some have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many pains.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

What your hands have to do, do it with all your strength, for in the grave, where you go, there is neither activity nor planning, there is neither knowledge nor wisdom. Ecclesiastes 9:10

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant, nor to put their hope in the uncertainty of riches, but in God, who richly provides us with everything for our satisfaction.

1 Timothy 6:17

The envious is greedy for riches

and does not realize that poverty awaits him. Proverbs 28:22

who loves money

you will never have enough;

whoever loves riches will never stay

satisfied with their income.

That doesn't make sense either. Ecclesiastes 5:10

Don't exhaust your strength

trying to get rich;

have common sense! riches disappear

as soon as you behold them;

they grow wings

and soar like eagles across the sky. Proverbs 23:4-5

So do not say in your heart, 'My ability and the strength of my hands have gathered all this wealth for me'. But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, confirming the covenant he swore to your ancestors, as you see today.

Deuteronomy 8:17-18

Thus says the Lord:

"Do not the wise man glory in his wisdom

nor the strong in his strength

nor the rich in his wealth, but whoever boasts, let him boast in this:

to understand and know me,

for I am the Lord

and act with loyalty,

with justice and righteousness on earth,

because it is these things that I like",

declares the Lord.

Jeremiah 9:23-24

The Lord is the giver

poverty and wealth;

he humbles and exalts.

1 Samuel 2:7

Do not trust extortion

nor put your hope in stolen goods;

if your riches increase,

do not put your heart into them. Psalm 62:10

Who trusts his riches

will surely fall

but the righteous will flourish

like green foliage. Proverbs 11:28

The Man Who Gets Riches

by unfair means

it's like the partridge

that hatches eggs it has not laid.

When half of your life

have passed,

they will abandon you,

and in the end he will prove a fool.

Jeremiah 17:11

You say, 'I am rich, I have acquired riches and I don't need anything'. He does not recognize, however, that he is miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and that he is naked. "I give this advice: Buy from me gold refined in the fire, and you will become rich; buy white clothes and clothe yourself to cover your shameful nakedness; and buy salve to anoint your eyes so that you can see. Revelation 3:17- 18

  My God will supply all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

“He who is faithful with little is also faithful with much, and he who is dishonest with little is also dishonest with much. you. Luke 16:10-11

There are those who give generously,

and sees his riches increase;

others withhold what they should give,

and fall into poverty. Proverbs 11:24

A good reputation is worth more

what great riches;

enjoy good esteem

worth more than silver and gold. Proverbs 22:1

Better is the little of the just

than the wealth of many wicked; for the strong arm of the wicked will be broken,

but the Lord upholds the righteous. Psalms 37:16-17

The Reward of Humility

and the fear of the Lord

are wealth, honor and life.

Proverbs 22:4

True riches are not a lot of money or a lot of possessions. True wealth is a life filled with the love and knowledge of God! Salvation is our greatest wealth. Spiritual riches are much more important than material riches.

You have to be very careful with material riches. The love of riches brings many problems and in the end leads to poverty! When we have riches, we must recognize that everything comes from God. We must not put our confidence in riches, because they may soon disappear.
