STEP BY STEP

FOOTSTEPS: KNOWLEDGE OF SIN, REPENTANCE, CONFESSION, BAPTISM AND FRUITS BEING CONNECTED TO THE VINE

ROMANS 3: 23-26
23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
25 Whom God hath purposed for a propitiation by faith in his blood, to shew forth his righteousness for the remission of sins hitherto done, under the forbearance of God;
26 For a demonstration of his righteousness at this present time, that he may be just and justifier of him that believeth on Jesus.

In the past God did not take this ignorance into account, but now he commands everyone everywhere to repent. For he has established a day when he will judge the world with righteousness through the man whom he has appointed. And he gave evidence to all of them, and raised him from the dead. "Acts 17: 30-31

MINISTRY OF JESUS (YESHUA) HIS MISSION ...

Luke 5: 31 And Jesus answered and said unto them, They that are whole need no physician, but they that are sick; 32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

ACTS 2:38 And Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost; 39 For the promise is concerning you, and your children, and all that are afar off, as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40 And with many other words he testified, and exhorted them, saying, Save yourselves from this wicked generation. 41 So that those who gladly received his word were baptized; and on that day there were added almost three thousand souls,

MATTHEW 2: 1 And in those days John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, 2 And saying, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3 For this is the word proclaimed by the prophet Isaiah, who said, "The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight."

EZEKIEL 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions wherewith ye have transgressed, and make them a new heart and a new spirit; for why should you die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD; Repent, then, and live.

REMEMBER IF! IF YOU APPROACH
THE CREATOR GOD (YHWH), HE WILL APPROACH YOU!

Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you! Sinners, cleanse your hands, and you, who have a divided mind, purify the heart. James 4: 8

FORGIVE YOUR BROTHERS WHO WRONG WITH YOU ...

"If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him. If he sins against you seven times a day, and seven times return to you and say, 'I repent,' forgive him." Luke 17: 3-4

MATTHEW 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, your Father will not forgive your trespasses.

CONFESS YOUR SINS TO GOD AND RECOGNIZE THEM IN THE NAME OF JESUS ...

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1: 9

THAT IS YOUR PRAYER:

Then I recognized before my sin
and I have not covered my faults.
I said, "I will confess my transgressions,"
to the Lord,
and you have forgiven the guilt of my sin. Psalms 32: 5

Have mercy on me, O God,
for your love;
for your great compassion
blot out my transgressions. Wash me of all my guilt
and cleanse me from my sin. Because myself
I acknowledge my transgressions,
and my sin always pursues me. Against you, only against you, have I sinned
and I have done what you disapprove of,
so that's just your sentence
and you are right to condemn me. Psalms 51: 1-4

BE BAPTIZED IN JESUS 'NAME FOR REPENTANCE ...

Peter replied, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38

PRESENT YOUR FRUITS ...

Bear fruit that shows repentance! Matthew 3: 8

JOHN 15: 1-27

Continuing the last instructions to the disciples - Intimate union between Jesus and the believers
1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away; and cleanses every one that bears fruit, that it may bear more fruit.
3 Ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4 Be in me, and I in you. as the branch of itself can not bear fruit, except it abide in the vine, even so ye also, except ye abide in me.
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches; whoever is in me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; because without me you can do nothing.
6 If anyone is not in me, he shall be cast out like a rod, and shall wither; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they burn.
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so shall ye be my disciples.
9 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. stay in my love
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may abide in you, and that your joy may be full.
12 This is my commandment, That you love one another, even as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 You shall be my friends if you do what I command you.
15 I will no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, because everything I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and appointed you, that ye should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; so that whatever you ask in the name of the Father, may he grant it to you.
17 This I command you, that you love one another.
18 If the world hate you, know that it hated me first.
19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own, but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
20 Remember the word which I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his Lord. If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they keep my word, they will keep yours also.
21 But all these things shall they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
22 If I had not come and had not spoken to them, they would not have sinned, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
23 He that hates me hates my Father also.
24 If I do not do such works among them, which no other man has done, they would not have sinned; but now they have seen and hated me and my Father.
25 But it is so that the word which is written in his law may be fulfilled: They hated me without a cause.
26 But when the Comforter comes, whom I will send from the Father, that same Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will testify of me.
27 And ye shall also testify, for ye have been with me from the beginning.

CHRIST WILL COME BACK ...

The Lord is not slow to keep his promise, as some men think. On the contrary, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but that all come to repentance. 2 Peter 3: 9

"I rebuke and discipline those whom I love, so be diligent and repent." Revelation 3:19
