JOHN 15: 1-27

As the branch of it can not bear fruit, except it abide in the vine, even so ye also, except ye abide in me.

Continuation of the last instructions to the disciples - Intimate union between YESHUA and the believers
1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away; And cleanses every one that bears fruit, that it may bear more fruit.
3 Ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4 Be in me, and I in you. 
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches; Whoever is in me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; Because without me you can do nothing.
6 If any man be not in me, he shall be cast out like a rod, and shall wither; And gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they burn.
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; And so you will be my disciples.
9 As the Father has loved me, I also have loved you; Stay in my love
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; Even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may abide in you, and that your joy may be full.
12 This is my commandment, That you love one another, even as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 You shall be my friends, if you do what I command you.
15 I will no longer call you servants, because the servant does not know what his master is doing; But I have called you friends, because everything I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and appointed you, that ye should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; So that whatever you ask in the name of the Father, may he grant it to you.
17 This I command you, that you love one another.
18 If the world hate you, know that it hated me first.
19 If you were of the world, the world would love what was its own, but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you from the world, therefore the world hates you.
20 Remember the word which I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his Lord. If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you; If they have kept my word, they shall keep yours also.
21 But all these things shall they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
22 If I had not come and had not spoken to them, they would not have sinned, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
23 He that hates me hates my Father also.
24 If I do not do such works among them, which no other man has done, they would not have sinned; But now they have seen and hated me and my Father.
25 But it is so that the word which is written in his law may be fulfilled: They hated me without a cause.
26 But when the Comforter comes, whom I will send from the Father, that same Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will testify of me.
27 And ye shall also testify, for ye have been with me from the beginning.
