ISAIAH 53: 1-12
1 WHO gave credit to our preaching? And to whom was the arm of the ETERNAL (YHWH) revealed?
2 For he went up as a sprig before him, and as the root of a dry land; he had neither beauty nor beauty, and looking us to him, there was no good appearance in him, that we should desire him.
3 He was despised, and the most rejected among men, a man of sorrows, and tried in works; and as one of the men hid his face, he was despised, and we made no case of him.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and hath borne our griefs; and we esteemed him stricken, smitten of ETERNAL God (YHWH), and oppressed.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, and he was bruised for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his stripes we were healed.
6 All of us were wandering like sheep; each one went astray on his way; but the ETERNAL (YHWH) has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed and afflicted, but he did not open his mouth; as a lamb was brought to the slaughter, and as the sheep dumb before his shearers, so he opened not his mouth.
8 Out of oppression and judgment he was taken away; and who shall count the time of his life? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was smitten.
9 And they laid their sepulcher with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; though he hath not done any wrong, neither hath any deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet to the ETERNAL (YHWH) he pleased to grind him, making him sick; when his soul shall be a sin-offering, he shall see his seed, and prolong his days; and the good pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
11 And he shall see the fruit of the labor of his soul, and shall be satisfied; with his knowledge my servant, the righteous, will justify many; for their iniquities shall be upon them.
12 Therefore I will give him a portion of many, and he shall divide the spoil with the mighty; because he poured out his soul into death, and was numbered with transgressors; but he took upon himself the sin of many, and he interceded for the transgressors.

LEVITICUS 17: 11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood; therefore have I given you upon the altar, to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that shall make atonement for the soul.
HEBREWS 9: 22-28
22 And almost all things, according to the law, are cleansed with blood; and without shedding of blood there is no remission.
23 So it was necessary for the figures of things in the heavens to be purified; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
24 For Christ (YAUSHA) did not enter into a sanctuary made by hands, a figure of the true, but in the same sky, to appear for us before the face of the ETERNAL (YHWH);
25 Neither can he offer himself often, as the high priest enters the sanctuary with the blood of another every year;
26 Otherwise it was necessary for him to suffer many times from the foundation of the world. But now in the consummation of the ages he once manifested, to annihilate sin by the sacrifice of himself.
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, and the judgment after this,
28 So Christ (YAUSHA), offering himself once to take away the sins of many, will appear the second time, without sin, to those who wait for him for salvation.
