Before my conversion, when I was still young, I used to go to a nightclub to listen to the guys playing blues and rock.

It was a form of entertainment and artistic expression that I experienced for a few months, but with great intensity during that time of my life.

Unfortunately, in that environment, the excessive alcohol and cigarette smoke, in addition to the presence of certain drugs “backstage”, showed that the psychospiritual atmosphere was quite disturbing.

One night, in the early hours of the morning, I found myself projected outside of my body at the door of the bar and I soon realized what was happening.

Near the entrance there was a group of spirits, some disembodied and others temporarily projected outside of their bodies, like me.

I got closer and then I saw a spirit, who looked about twenty-five years old, who caught my attention.

When he saw me, I immediately complained: - You are an obsessive spirit! You are disturbing me!

He continued to be like that, without saying anything, just staring at me.

So I continued:

- Why do you do this? Why are you making people drink until they're "drunk"?

To my surprise, he answered me very naturally:

- Stop being a hypocrite! I'm not the one who makes people drink and smoke! They drink and smoke because they want to, I just "enjoy" it with them... I give them a little help!

That's when it hit me and I realized how childish I was being.

Of course, we are all responsible for our actions, we can't blame others for them.

We have to stop with this "talk" about obsessive spirits.

So I asked:

- And how do you do that?

- It's simple!

When someone smokes, for example, I get really close to the person, almost hugging them, and inhale the smoke at the same time.

While explaining, he demonstrated.

The impression I had, when he inhaled the smoke, was that his spirit was juxtaposed with that of a young man who was smoking a cigarette at that moment, almost “sticking” to him.

After this short conversation, I returned to my physical body and woke up.

I remembered what had happened well so as not to forget it again and, after a prayer of thanks for the lesson I had received, I fell asleep.

A few days after this event, I stopped going to this bar.

It has changed a lot, it is not the same as before, but the lesson I learned left a deep impression on me.

For those who still doubt that where there is ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES, demons are nearby to drink and smoke with them, this text was enlightening.

Since they are disembodied, they do not have a physical body to feel the sensations of pleasure through drinking, alcohol and drugs, they juxtapose themselves where there are people, drinking, smoking and using drugs, to feel the sensations that these substances cause through the human body.

They don't have the power to force you to use or drink, but as in the text above, they give you "A LITTLE HELPFUL" by manipulating your mind and saying "let's drink socially", "it's just a cigarette", "it's just a career", "it's just a little stone", and when the person falls into their persuasion, it's like falling into an abyss, and it's hard for anyone to get back out.

19 But what do I say? That an idol is anything? Or that what is sacrificed to an idol is anything?

21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot be partakers of the Lord's table and of the table of demons.

22 Or shall we provoke the Lord? Are we stronger than he?

23 All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify.

24 Let no one seek his own good, but each man the good of another.

25 25 Eat whatever is sold in the meat market, asking no questions for conscience' sake.

26 For the earth is the Lord's, and all its fullness.

27 And if one of the unbelievers invites you, and you are willing to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for conscience' sake.

28 But if anyone says to you, 'This was sacrificed to idols,' do not eat it, for the sake of the one who warned you, and for conscience' sake; for the earth is the Lord's, and all its fullness.

29 But I say conscience, not yours, but the other man's. For why should my freedom be judged by someone else's conscience?

30 And if I share with grace, why am I blasphemed in the thing for which I give thanks?

31 So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

32 Live in such a way that you give no offense to either the Jews or the Greeks or the church of God.

33 Just as I please everyone in all things, not seeking my own good but the good of many, that they may be saved.

SMOKING IS A SIN BECAUSE IT DESTROYS THE BODY THAT GOD CREATED TO BE HIS TEMPLE!

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who lives in you, whom you have received from God?

For you are not your own, but were bought with a price (the blood of Jesus). Use your body to glorify God.” 1 CORINTHIANS 6:19-20
