The EVENTS NATION Space Weather
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, and prepare the nation for period of time events, it is ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. space weather events, in the form of solar flares, solar energetic particles and geomagnetic disturbances occur regularly, some with measurable effects on critical infrastructure systems and technologies such as the Global Positioning System (GPS), operations satellite and communication, aviation, and the electricity network. Extreme events space weather - those who can significantly degrade critical infrastructure - could turn large parts of the power grid, resulting in cascading failures that could affect key services such as water supply, health and transport. Space weather has the potential to affect and harm the health and safety on all continents simultaneously. Successfully preparing for space weather events is an all-of-nation effort requires partnerships between governments, emergency managers, universities, media, insurance industry, non-profit and private sector.
It is US policy to prepare for space of time events to minimize the extent of the economic damage and human suffering. The Federal Government must have (1) the ability to predict and detect a space of time event, (2) the plans and programs necessary to alert the public and private sectors to enable mitigation actions for an imminent space weather event, (3 ) protection and mitigation plans, protocols and standards necessary to reduce risks to critical infrastructure, before and during a credible threat, and (4) the ability to respond and recover from the effects of space weather. executive departments and agencies (agencies) should coordinate their efforts to prepare for the effects of space weather events.
Sec. 2. Objectives. This order defines roles and responsibilities of agencies and directs agencies to take specific measures to prepare the country for the harmful effects of space weather. These activities should be implemented together with those identified in the National Weather 2015 Action Area Plan (Action Plan) and any subsequent updates. The implementation of this order and the Action Plan will require the federal government to work in all agencies and to develop, as appropriate, advanced and innovative partnerships with state, tribal, and local governments; academia, non-profit organizations; the private sector; and international partners. These efforts to strengthen national preparedness and accelerate the creation of a nation-space-time ready.
Sec. 3. Coordination. (A) The Director of the Science and Technology Policy Office (OSTP), in consultation with the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and the Director of the Management and Budget Office (OMB), shall coordinate the development and implementation of activities federal government to prepare the country for space weather events, including the activities set out in paragraph 5 of this application and the recommendations of the National Council of Science and Technology (NSTC), created by the Executive 12881 order of November 23, 1993 (Establishment National Science and Technology Council).
(B) To ensure accountability for and coordination of research, development and implementation of activities identified in this order and in the Action Plan, the NSTC should establish a Weather Operations space, research and Mitigation Subcommittee (Subcommittee). The member agencies of the Subcommittee should undertake activities to advance the implementation of this order to achieve the objectives identified in the National Strategy 2015 Space Weather and any subsequent updates, and to coordinate and monitor the implementation of activities under the Action Plan and provide subsequent updates .
Sec. 4. roles and responsibilities. To the extent permitted by law, the agencies below adopt the following functions and responsibilities, which are key to ensuring enhanced forecasting space of time, situational awareness, space preparation time, and ongoing operations of the Federal Government during and after weather events space.
(A) The Secretary of Defense shall ensure the timely provision of operational space weather observations, forecasts and other products to support the mission of the Department of Defense and coalition partners, including the provision of alerts and warnings to the phenomena of space weather that can affect weapons systems, military operations, or the defense of the United States.
(B) The Secretary of the Interior must support the research, development, deployment and operation capabilities that enhance the understanding of the variations of the Earth's magnetic field associated with solar-terrestrial interactions.
(C) The Secretary of Commerce shall:
(I) provide forecasts of timely and accurate operational space weather watches, warnings, alerts and monitoring of space weather in real time to the government, civil and commercial sectors, the exclusive responsibilities of the Secretary of Defense; and
(Ii) ensure the continuous improvement of operational space weather services through partnerships, as appropriate, with the scientific community, including academia and the private sector and relevant agencies to develop, validate, test and transition space weather observation platforms and research models for operations and research operations.
(D) Secretary of Energy should facilitate the protection and restoration of the power grid reliability during a presidentially declared network security emergency associated with geomagnetic disturbance under 16 USC 824th-1.
(E) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall:
(I) ensure the timely redistribution of space weather alerts and warnings that support national preparedness, continuity of government and continuity of operations; and
(Ii) coordinate the response and recovery from the effects of space weather events on critical infrastructure and the community in general.
(F) The Administrator of the Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) should:
(I) implement and support a national research program to understand the Sun and its interaction with the Earth and the solar system to advance modeling of space weather forecasting and resources applicable to the space weather forecast;
(Ii) develop and operate missions related to space-time research, tools capacities and models; and
(Iii) support the transition of models of space weather research and technology for operations and research operations.
(G) The Director of the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support basic research relating to the needs of the information society of space weather through investments and partnerships, as appropriate.
(H) The Secretary of State, in consultation with the heads of relevant agencies, should conduct diplomatic and public diplomacy efforts to strengthen the global capacity to respond to events of space weather.
(I) The Secretaries of Defense, Interior, Trade, Transport, Energy and Homeland Security, along with the administrator of NASA and the NSF Director, must work together, according to their ongoing activities to develop models, observation systems, technologies and approaches that inform and strengthen national preparedness for the effects of space weather events, including how space weather events can affect critical infrastructure and changing threat landscape relative to other dangers.
(J) The heads of all the agencies that support national essential functions, defined by Presidential Directive Policy 40 (PPD-40) of 15 July 2016 (National Continuity Policy), should ensure that the weather events space are treated appropriately in their all risk preparedness planning, including mitigation, response and recovery, as indicated by the PPD-8 of March 30, 2011 (National preparedness).

Sec. 5. Implementation. (A) Within 120 days of the date of this order, the Energy Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, should develop a plan to test and evaluate the available devices to mitigate the effects of geomagnetic disturbances in the network electricity through the development of a pilot program that implements such devices, in situ, in the electricity network. After developing the plan, the Secretary shall implement the plan in collaboration with industry. In taking action under this subsection, the Secretaries of Energy and Homeland Security should consult the chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
(B) Within 120 days of the date of this order, the heads of sectoral agencies that oversee the line infrastructure functions critical life as defined by the National Plan for Infrastructure Protection 2013 - including communications, energy, transport and water and wastewater systems - as well as nuclear reactors, materials and waste industry, assess its executive and legal authority, and the limits of authority to direct, suspend or control critical infrastructure operations -structure, and functions before, during, and after a space weather event. The heads of each specific agency for the sector shall include a summary of these evaluations to the Subcommittee.
(C) Within 90 days of receipt of the ordered assessments in section 5 (b) of this order, the Subcommittee shall submit a report on the results of these evaluations, with recommendations to the Director of OSTP, the Assistant to the President for Homeland security and Counterterrorism, and OMB Director. Assessments can be used to inform the development and implementation of authorities and political responsibilities, establishing the agencies in response to a space weather event.
(D) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretaries of Defense and Trade, the administrator of NASA, and the director of the NSF, in collaboration with other agencies as appropriate, to identify the mechanisms for the advancement observations of climate space, models and forecasts, and to support and transitioning appropriate research capabilities for operations and research operations, collaborating with industry and universities to the extent possible.
(E) Within 120 days of the date of this order, the Secretaries of Defense and Trade will make historical data of the GPS constellation and other US government satellites available to the public in accordance with Executive Order 13642 of May 9, 2013 (Making Machine Readable and open the new standard for government information), to improve the validation and improvements in space weather prediction and situational awareness model.
(F) within 120 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Homeland Security, through the administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and in coordination with relevant agencies, should lead the development of an operational concept coordinated Federal and checklist associated with assets and coordinate federal activities to respond to notification and protect against imminent time of event space. Sec. 6. Stakeholder Engagement. The agencies identified in this order should seek public-private partnerships and international measures to improve the observation networks, conduct research, develop predictive models and mitigation approaches, increase the resilience of the community and preparation, and provide the necessary services to protect life and property and promote economic prosperity, as consistent with the law.
Sec. 7. Settings. As used in this application:
(A) "Prepare" and "preparation" have the same meaning as they have in PPD-8. They refer to measures taken to plan, organize, equip, train and exercise to build and maintain the capabilities to prevent, protect, mitigate the effects of, respond to and recover from threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of nation. This includes forecasting and reporting time frame events.
(B) "space weather" means changes in the space environment between the Sun and Earth (and throughout the solar system) that can affect technology in space and on Earth. The main types of such events are solar flares, solar and geomagnetic disturbances energetic particles.
(C) "Solar Flare" means a short intense energy rash on or near the surface of the sun, which is typically associated with sunspots.
(D) "solar energetic particles" means ejected ions and electrons from the sun that are typically associated with solar flares.
(E) "geomagnetic disturbances" means a temporary disturbance of the magnetic field of the Earth resulting solar activity.
(F) "critical infrastructure" has the meaning given in section 1016 (e) of the US Patriot Act 2001 (5195c 42 USC (e)), ie, systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, so vital to the United States that the incapacity or destruction of such systems and assets would have a debilitating impact on security, national economic security, public health or national security, or any combination thereof.
(G) "Sector-Specific Agency" means the bodies designated in accordance with the PPD-21 February 12, 2013 (Critical Infrastructure security and resilience), or any directive successor, to be responsible for providing institutional knowledge and expertise as well as leading, facilitating or supporting security programs and resilience and associated activities of its critical infrastructure sector designated in all risk environment. Sec. 8. General Provisions.
(A) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(I) the authority granted by law to an agency or her head; or (ii) the OMB director of the functions relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(B) This order shall be implemented in accordance with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations legislation.
(C) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees , or agents, or anyone else.

This summer, the water levels in the region are the lowest since the 1990s, when the then Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein diverted the rivers of courses to quell rebel groups.
According to experts, the current situation would be caused by the drought in the river Euphrates, which was reduced to a stream. And the drop in water levels in the region is generating a crisis.
- It is tragic - said Hassan Janabi, responsible for water supply in Iraq, told the magazine "New Scientist". - It happened unexpectedly, and as our focus was on the fight against terrorism, no one noticed.

The drying process started in the 1950s, for agriculture and the oil industry, but the situation was dramatic during the 1990s, when Saddam Hussein built canals and dams to prevent the waters of the Tigris and Euphrates came to the region, which was inhabited by Shiite groups. By 2003, the waters were drained to 10% of its original size, but since then, environmentalists as Azzam Alwash managed to recover part of the ecosystem.

I'm working on an article about the various eschatological signs that we can see at the present time, but before that I believe is essential to explain the prophetic significance of the Jewish festivals. Unfortunately, for a large part of today's Christians, the passages in Leviticus 23 where the ordinances of the Parties, are dull texts related to Jewish culture only, no larger meaning. Big mistake, there is much more behind these parties than many realize.
First, note that in Leviticus 23.1, God defines the parties to be fixed and to be holy convocations, or are calls for a holy assembly for its people, a kind of dress rehearsal, and if it is something sacred and was instituted by God himself we can not ignore its importance. Christians have no obligation or commitment to observe or celebrate these holidays, but the understanding of its meaning brings a tremendous gain for the faith. Jesus, as a righteous Jew, celebrated the feasts, as can be seen in the records of the Gospels, including Hanukkah (also known as the festival of Lights or feast of Dedication, read emJoão 10.22-23) which is a festival celebrated by the Jews in memory of the purification of the temple of Antiochus Epiphanes of profanation, this celebration that is not in Leviticus 23 ratio .
It is interesting to note that in Leviticus 23, the first ordinance involves the Sabbath, which should be observed by the people of Israel as a solemn rest. In this article I will not address the Sabbath, but the other parties, because of their meanings. My goal is to present the seven established parties, where the first four, which occur in the spring during the times of planting and harvesting of barley, have been fulfilled by Christ in his First Advent, and the following three, which occur in the fall during the wheat harvest period, will be fulfilled prophetically in his Second Coming. The first four parties are also known as "the first rains" or "temples rains" (spring) and the following three parties are known as "latter rain" or "latter rain" (autumn), therefore, these two periods rains are related to the First and the Second Coming of Christ (read Hosea 6.3, Joel 2:23, Deuteronomy 11.10-17 and James 5.7-8). We will see that these parties are tests made by Israel, the various parts of God's plan for humanity.
To better understand the parties and their prophetic meanings, we need to better understand the Jewish calendar, as different from us that we have a solar calendar, the Jewish is based on the lunar cycle; thus, each month begins with the appearance of the new moon and every day begins with the appearance of the moon (often confused with the sunset). God in Genesis 1, instituted this system, declaring repeatedly that "... the evening and the morning were the days ...". Jewish months compared to our calendar, can be seen as follows:

Some days of the Jewish calendar are particularly interesting and have relevant historical meanings, for example:
Four very important events occurred on the first day of Nisan: the Tabernacle of Moses was dedicated after they leave Egypt (Exodus 40.17-35), King Hezekiah cleansed the temple (2 Chronicles 29.2-3), Ezra began his return trip to rebuild the temple (Ezra 7.9), Artaxerxes issued the decree rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 2.1-8) .On the 10th of Nisan was the sanctification of lamb for Easter as Moses instructed the people to prepare the lamb (Exodus 12.3 -6). Christ, our Passover Lamb, is "separate" on the 10th of Nisan (John 12.1-2) .The 9th of Ab / (Av) is historically a day of tragedies and misfortunes in the history of Israel, then an 8 ratio events that occurred on that day that the Jews traditionally resemble each year, plus 4 other events related to the same day: Ten of the 12 spies returned on the 9th of Av with the bad report about the promised land. Now, based on what we have seen so far, we can see the table of the seven Jewish Feasts and their day to celebrate, as described in Leviticus 23:

Let us now examine each of the Feast of the table above in detail and its prophetic significance.
Easter
Easter is a festival that recalls the liberation of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt, for us Christians, reminds us of our deliverance from the bondage of sin through Christ. Jesus is the Lamb definitive Pascal and provided by God for the salvation of men, as prophesied throughout the Old Testament, since the fall of man.
The lamb had to be sacrificed at dusk or early evening, the hours of 3 pm (the ninth hour) was the division between the Oblation (supply) and smaller Oblation (offer) higher. Jesus was crucified at 9 am on the 14th of Nisan and died (expired) at 3 pm (Mark 15:25), and was buried 6 pm that same day.
In the person of Christ, this party had its greatest fulfillment, on the Cross, which was nailed to the ballot of our debt to God (Colossians 2:14).
Unleavened bread
Easter is followed by a week of Feast of Unleavened Bread (not leaven). In the Old Testament, leaven could be milk; egg or any other ingredient which, when added to the mass, may cause fermentation. Normally yeast is the "yeast" and leavens the dough when it is added to other contaminated mass, this fresh and pure mass (Ga 5.9). The term leaven or yeast, in its broadest sense, is anything that can cause a change in a larger mass. Referring to the scriptures, it is something that corrupts when an ingredient is added.
And in the case of Christ, what is this? Let's see:
He is the bread of vida.Ele had not fermento.Ele was beaten, torn, wounded and bruised for us. Interestingly the Matzo (unleavened bread) is full of grooves in appearance, the Matzo is perforated so that the furnace heat can go through inside and Matzo is made from crushed seed.
Christ in the Feast of Unleavened Bread was fulfilled, as he is the bread unleavened life, which we must continually feed us to have life and life in abundance.
First Fruits (First Fruits)
During the year there were some Saturdays ( "Shabbat") known as extra "Shabaton" or "The Great Shabbat". These seven "Shabaton" extras fell into special calendar days and not just on Fridays nights. The first Shabaton of the year is on the 15th of Nisan. In the year that Jesus died, the 15th of Nisan fell on a Thursday night and the day Friday. So there were two Sabbaths, one right after the other, ie a GrandeShabat for Easter, on the 15th of Nisan, and the other on the 16th of Nisan which was umShabat Normal celebrated on Friday night and Saturday during the day . This can only be found in the New Testament only if read in Greek in Matthew 28.1 where the word translated Shabaté actually Shabaton and going to Mark 15:42 we find the text clearly stating that "and so was the preparation day, that is the day before the Sabbath (Shabbat), ... ", see also Matthew 19:31 and John 26.62. The "Day of Preparation" refers to any day of the week, at any time before a Shabbat.
The Feast of First Fruits or Firstfruits had its fulfillment in Christ through his resurrection on that day, so He is the firstborn from the dead (Colossians 1:18) for eternal life, He was made the first fruits of them that sleep (1 Corinthians 15:20 ). The events described in Matthew 27.52-53 were the First Fruits of Christ offered to God the Father, those saints who were resurrected were the first of a great harvest that is about to happen. The Feast of First Fruits is the third and final feast that Jesus personally fulfilled on Earth. Jesus was physically present at Easter, the unleavened bread and the First Fruits. He rose (rose) to heaven after 40 days, 10 days before Pentecost. He also will physically meet three parties.
Pentecost
After the First Fruits is counted the Omer (beam), the counting of the 50 days is called "counting the Omer", counting the bundles. The nation of Israel raised when out of the Red Sea and 50 days later God gave them the Law, the Torah. Jesus rose and 50 days later God has given us the Ruach Ha'Kodesh (the Holy Spirit). Both these cases have the same purpose (John 16:13 eGálatas 5.22-23).
The Hebrew Feast of Shavuot is called Party. Shavuot means "weeks" and refers week that are among the Festival of First Fruits and Pentecost. In the First Fruits, a bundle of "unleavened grain" was moved before God, just as Jesus, sinless, was moved (raised) before the Father. On Shavuot, two leavened bread (porous) were raised before God. Since the two breads contain yeast (yeast), what they represent? Both breads are the two parts of the Church, the Jewish and gentile, but both contains sin. The end of the fourth festival brings the closure of the first rains Parties, temples rains. Jesus spoke of Pentecost at various times, including the day of his ascension (Acts 1.4-9).
We can summarize the first 4 parties as follows:
Easter: Messiah's death by Convocation.
Unleavened Bread: Messiah's burial at Convocation.
First Fruits (First Fruits): Call for the Messiah's resurrection.
Pentecost: Call for appointment and delegation of power to the people given by the Messiah.
Let us now observe the following 3 related parties latter rain, the latter rain, that are to be fulfilled. As we saw in the first 4 God the observance of the parties according to their meanings and we can expect relevant facts also for autumn parties.
trumpets
The 1st of Tishrei begins the Feast of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah (The Thunderous Awakening Day) or Rosh Ha'Shanah (Head of the Year, the Day of Shofar Sound). This is the only party that begins with the New Moon. The Shofar was very important in the celebration of the Jubilee Year. As every month of the calendar, the first day of Tishrei begins with the glow of a new moon. The watchmen in Israel Orient were watching until arose the first ray or sign of the new moon and the sign was quickly transmitted lookout on the lookout to reach the temple. The priest was standing on the ledge southeast of the Temple and sounded the shofar that was heard throughout the valley around. Once the priest sounded the Shofar, the God-fearing, true servants immediately interrupted the harvest even further stay to be harvested, left everything right there in the field. It was the time of wheat and they stopped everything and they went to the temple to worship the New Year's Day, the Feast of Trumpets.
Jesus used this illustration to describe his Second Coming. Paul clearly associates the "sound of trumpets" with the Second Coming of Christ in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4.16-17 and 1 Corinthians 15.51-52). Isaiah associated with the use of Shofarcom the Messiah (Isaiah 51.9 e60.1). Paul associated the thunderous awakening with the Shofar and repentance of sins and quoted Isaiah 60.1 in Ephesians 5.14-17.
The Rosh Ha'Shanah is also called deYom Ha'Din, Judgment Day, a time when the heavenly courts come together and make a complete analysis of each person's life. The 30 days of Elul, before the first day of Tishrei is then time to turn to God and the 10 days leading up to Yom Kippur (Day of Dread, Atonement), are called the Days of Awe or "Days Fearful ". Just as the Jew does every year, we see that precedes the end of Rosh Ha'Shanah and inaugurates the "Lord's Day" (Zephaniah 2.1-3). A relevant curiosity, the rabbis teach the following:
On Rosh Ha'Shanah each person is julgada.Deus opens three books and all those who had turned to him, their names were written in the Book of Justos.Depois that God divided the rest into two groups:
a) The first group is the Rashim (completely iniquitous) and their names are written in the Book of Rashim, a book containing the names of those who are utterly wicked. The fate of Rashimé sealed on Rosh Ha'Shanah because they rejected by their own choices, the salvation provided by God through His Messiah.
b) The second group is called Intermediates. This is the largest group and is not considered fair or completely wicked. This group is given 10 days more to repent before the start of Yom Kippur. If they repent until Yom Kippur, so their names are written in the Book of the Righteous, but if not, go to the Book of Completely Wicked. The fate of each is determined on Yom Kippur.
Atonement
The word atonement, kipper, literally means "covering of sin." The offer for the sins of God offers forgiveness to the offender, an atonement for sin. OYom Kippur occurs on the 10th of Tishrei and is the day most solemn and most holy worship in Judaism. It is called "Sabbath of Sabbaths". This is the day that all of Israel cry for their sins. This is the only day of the year when the high priest enters the holy place or "holy of holies", the most sacred place.
God revealed His intention that Yom Kippur should teach forgiveness of all debts; the release of those who were in some form of servitude and the return of possessions. When he instituted the Jubilee Year, every 50 Yom Kippur would be a jubilee same, ie a joy. It was a practice that should start 50 years after its establishment, however this celebration still was not really celebrated in truth. Israel still awaits the full celebration of its first Jubilee, which will happen when the Messiah returns.
Yom Kippur, or the Day of Atonement, comes from kaphar word that means "to cover". Jesus is our propitiation or covering, He is our atonement that completely erases our sins.
tabernacles
The Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot is also called the "Feast of Tabernacles" or "Feast of Booths" (Sukkahs). The Feast of the Lord and the Feast of Harvest Gathering. This is the third Harvest Parties, a great season of joy and gladness. It begins five days after Yom Kippur, on the 15th of Tishrei, the full moon and lasts 7 days. The festival celebrates the provision and shelter of God during the exodus and illustrates His dwelling in the future world, the New Jerusalem. The Feast of Tabernacles will continue to be celebrated during the millennial reign of Christ (Zech 14.16-19).
The seventh day of the Feast of Tabernacles was called Hosha'Na Rabba, which means the day of the Great Hosanna. Just as every day the priests poured water in the temple during the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus also was placed on the Temple Mount and declared to be the true Water of Life, the Life in the Spirit was being poured inside of Himself. During the Feast of Tabernacles, the Temple Mount was impressively lit with many torches and lanterns. In the fully enlightened Temple Jesus declared Himself to be the true Light. These traditional allusions to water and light, as mentioned herein, reminiscent of the description of the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven, as it is written in the book deApocalipse 21.9-27.
Jesus Himself is our Sukkot, our true tabernacle which dwell perpetually among men.
Thus we concluded that little study on the parties and their prophetic meanings. Compliance with the last three parties is close, the signs are increasingly visible. I'm working on an article about the various eschatological signs that we can see at the present time, but before that I believe is essential to explain the prophetic significance of the Jewish festivals. Unfortunately, for a large part of today's Christians, the passages in Leviticus 23 where the ordinances of the Parties, are dull texts related to Jewish culture only, no larger meaning. Big mistake, there is much more behind these parties than many realize.
First, note that in Leviticus 23.1, God defines the parties to be fixed and to be holy convocations, or are calls for a holy assembly for its people, a kind of dress rehearsal, and if it is something sacred and was instituted by God himself we can not ignore its importance. Christians have no obligation or commitment to observe or celebrate these holidays, but the understanding of its meaning brings a tremendous gain for the faith. Jesus, as a righteous Jew, celebrated the feasts, as can be seen in the records of the Gospels, including Hanukkah (also known as the festival of Lights or feast of Dedication, read emJoão 10.22-23) which is a festival celebrated by the Jews in memory of the purification of the temple of Antiochus Epiphanes of profanation, this celebration that is not in Leviticus 23 ratio .
It is interesting to note that in Leviticus 23, the first ordinance involves the Sabbath, which should be observed by the people of Israel as a solemn rest. In this article I will not address the Sabbath, but the other parties, because of their meanings. My goal is to present the seven established parties, where the first four, which occur in the spring during the times of planting and harvesting of barley, have been fulfilled by Christ in his First Advent, and the following three, which occur in the fall during the wheat harvest period, will be fulfilled prophetically in his Second Coming. The first four parties are also known as "the first rains" or "temples rains" (spring) and the following three parties are known as "latter rain" or "latter rain" (autumn), therefore, these two periods rains are related to the First and the Second Coming of Christ (read Hosea 6.3, Joel 2:23, Deuteronomy 11.10-17 and James 5.7-8). We will see that these parties are tests made by Israel, the various parts of God's plan for humanity.

The watchmen in Israel Orient were watching until arose the first ray or sign of the new moon and the sign was quickly transmitted lookout on the lookout to reach the temple. The 30 days of Elul, before the first day of Tishrei is then time to turn to God and the 10 days leading up to Yom Kippur (Day of Dread, Atonement), are called the Days of Awe or "Days Fearful ". Just as the Jew does every year, we see that precedes the end of Rosh Ha'Shanah and inaugurates the "Lord's Day" (Zephaniah 2.1-3). A relevant curiosity, the rabbis teach the following:

OYom Kippur occurs on the 10th of Tishrei and is the day most solemn and most holy worship in Judaism. It is called "Sabbath of Sabbaths". This is the day that all of Israel cry for their sins. This is the only day of the year when the high priest enters the holy place or "holy of holies", the most sacred place.
God revealed His intention that Yom Kippur should teach forgiveness of all debts; the release of those who were in some form of servitude and the return of possessions. When he instituted the Jubilee Year, every 50 Yom Kippur would be a jubilee same, ie a joy. It was a practice that should start 50 years after its establishment, however this celebration still was not really celebrated in truth. Israel still awaits the full celebration of its first Jubilee, which will happen when the Messiah returns.
Yom Kippur, or the Day of Atonement, comes from kaphar word that means "to cover". Jesus is our propitiation or covering, He is our atonement that completely erases our sins.
tabernacles
The Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot is also called the "Feast of Tabernacles" or "Feast of Booths" (Sukkahs). The Feast of the Lord and the Feast of Harvest Gathering. This is the third Harvest Parties, a great season of joy and gladness. It begins five days after Yom Kippur, on the 15th of Tishrei, the full moon and lasts 7 days. The festival celebrates the provision and shelter of God during the exodus and illustrates His dwelling in the future world, the New Jerusalem. The Feast of Tabernacles will continue to be celebrated during the millennial reign of Christ (Zech 14.16-19).
The seventh day of the Feast of Tabernacles was called Hosha'Na Rabba, which means the day of the Great Hosanna. Just as every day the priests poured water in the temple during the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus also was placed on the Temple Mount and declared to be the true Water of Life, the Life in the Spirit was being poured inside of Himself. During the Feast of Tabernacles, the Temple Mount was impressively lit with many torches and lanterns. In the fully enlightened Temple Jesus declared Himself to be the true Light. These traditional allusions to water and light, as mentioned herein, reminiscent of the description of the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven, as it is written in the book deApocalipse 21.9-27.
Jesus Himself is our Sukkot, our true tabernacle which dwell perpetually among men.
Thus we concluded that little study on the parties and their prophetic meanings. Compliance with the last three parties is close, the signs are increasingly visible. US authorities, including the USGS, are warning the citizens who live in the southern portion of California about the real possibility of greater than 7.0 magnitude earthquake occur until October 5 on the west coast of the country.
The warning was given after an intense seismic swarm below Bombay Beach, California, called Brawley seismic zone at the southern end of the San Andreas fault tectonics.
According to the USGS, Geological Survey, the US, there are between 12:03% and 1% (1 in 3000 to 1 in 100) chance of the Southern California region is hit by a strong earthquake in the next seven days, with the possibility decreasing over time.
According to the USGS, this possibility was estimated using probabilistic models, calculated after a seismic swarm of 142 sequential aftershocks between 1.4 and 4.3 magnitudes were recorded from 26 September.
This battery tremors are occurring near a set of cross-fault tectonics in north-northeast direction, about 4 to 9 km just below the Salton Sea, a huge salt lake situated below sea level.
The warning of the possibility of a strong earthquake was also issued by CEPEC (California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council), a committee of experts set up to revise the forecasts of earthquakes and alert the governor of California on decision making.
For CEPEC, the earthquake risk may be even higher and reach 1.2% chance of a larger earthquake or equal to 7.0 magnitudes and placed in warning the cities of Ventura, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, Kern and Imperial, all in the southern portion of the state.
The northern Mexico is also on alert, they are as border and populated cities like Mexicali and Michoacan de Ocampo are located less than 100 km from the Salton Sea and also cut by the San Andreas Fault.

It is the Cascadia fault submarine that with more than 1100 kilometers, stretches from the Canadian Province of British Columbia to northern California.
The Cascadia subduction zone is in the Juan de Fuca plate and the plate of North America and, to the middle of the 1980s, scientists had not fully aware of the danger it represents. This submarine failure can cause tremors of a magnitude above the nine degrees, accompanied by tsunamis like that which devastated the northern coast of Japan in 2011.
Lack of knowledge about the danger of the Cascadia fault was demonstrated a few days ago, after the publication of an article about it in The New Yorker.

TRIVIA: The number "6"
The "6" is the devil's number. It is also the number of man, since man sinned at the word of the devil; and thus, he joined the devil. Before dawn, the darkness seem to get deeper; Likewise, the number 6, before the full number "7" is also the worst. 6 is a number which can be divided; It is therefore a weak number. The man, as the devil is always weak. That number is smaller than the number 7; consequently, the man and the devil can never win God. Can people always realize that their number is 6. Man was created on the sixth day (Gen. 1). Men should work six days a week (Ex. 23:12). A Hebrew serves as a slave for only six years (Deuteronomy 15:12). The land of Canaan should be grown successively for six years (Lev. 25: 3). Human history has about six thousand years. Moses waited on the mountain for six days before God appeared to him (Ex. 24: 15-18). To ascend the throne, Solomon went up six steps (I Kings 10:19). The hours of the day can be divided by six. Athaliah usurped the throne for six years (II Kings 11: 3). In Genesis 4: 16-24, we read that the descendants of Cain are recorded up to the sixth generation. The sixth letter the Church mentions the hour of judgment over all the earth (Rev. 3:10). The sixth seal reveals the wrath of the Lamb of humanity (6:12). The sixth trumpet predicts the slaughter of a third of the world (9:13). The sixth bowl paves the way for the kings of the world - at the instigation of evil spirits - for war against Christ (16:12). The human name of Jesus is the Word made flesh, in the original Greek and composed of six letters. Six times Jesus was attacked by a man possessed by a demon; as the natural man is always ready to attack our Lord most holy! When the man under Satan's hand, is opposed to God, their number is often connected to 6. Goliath is the first example mentioned: his height was six cubits and a span, and the tip of his spear weighed six hundred cycles iron (I Sam. 17: 4,7). Nebuchadnezzar's golden image is the second example: his height was sixty cubits, and its breadth six cubits (Dan. 3: 1-3). The future Antichrist is the third example: their number is 666 (Revelation 13:18.). A comforting thought should be mentioned here: no matter what the man or the devil do, their number is only 6, while the number of God is seven; consequently, neither men nor devils can compare to God.
The number "7"
The "7" is the number of perfection. It is formed by adding 3 + 4. 4 represents man and 3 is God. And so typifies the union of God with man. It is, therefore, a perfect number. (Note, however, that 7 is also a number of temporary perfection; "12" is the number of permanent perfection.) This number often alludes to the nearness of God and man, the union of the creature to the Creator. There are numerous examples of 7 as a symbol of perfection. The first seven appears on the Sabbath of God, a holy day in which God rested (Gen. 2: 1-3) -a perfect rest. Enoch is the seventh from Adam (Jude 14) -a perfect man. After Noah entered the ark there, God gave seven days of grace (Gen. 7: 4) -a perfect hold. Jacob served Laban for Rachel for seven years (Gen.29: 20) -a perfect service. Egypt had seven years of plenty and seven years of famine (Gen. 41) -Perfect grace and punishment. The gold lampstand in the holy place had seven branches (Ex. 25:37) -a perfect association. Aaron and his sons should use the holy garments for seven days (29: 29.35) -Perfect holiness. If anyone sin, the priest must dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle the blood seven times before the Lord before the veil of the temple by the person (Lev. 4: 6) -a perfect purification. Aaron and his sons should live in the tabernacle for seven days (8:35) -a perfect housing. The Day of Atonement blood should be sprinkled seven times before the mercy seat (Lev. 16:14) -a perfect redemption. During the feast of unleavened bread, prepared an offering by fire should be offered for seven days (Lev. 23: 8) -a perfect consecration. The Feast of Tabernacles was kept for seven days (Leviticus 23:42.) - Perfect glory. In the seventh year the land should not be sown (Lev 25: 4) -a perfect rest. In the fight against Jericho, before the fall of the city, seven priests blew seven trumpets as the people of Israel marched around the city for seven days (Joshua 6) - perfect obedience and perfect victory. Solomon built the temple in seven years and kept the feast of the dedication for seven days (I Kings 6:38; 8: 65,66) -a perfect work and perfect praise. Naaman bathed in the Jordan River seven times (II Kings 5:14) perfect-confidence. Job had seven sons (John 1: 2) -a perfect blessing. Job's friends sat on the floor and wept silently for Job for seven days and seven nights (John 2:13) perfect -Sorrow. Then they offered seven bulls and seven rams for a burnt offering (John 42: 8) -a perfect repentance. The Lord Jesus spoke seven words on the cross- expressions of perfect grace. Seven deacons served the tables (Acts 6: 3) -perfect labor. The Old Testament uses the seven feasts of the children of Israel to typify a temporary way God will deal with the world. The New Testament uses seven parables to reveal the conditions of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 13). The book of Revelation records seven letters to predict the church conditions in various periods (Apoc. 2:03). All these, however, are transient, and may soon disappear. In the book of Revelation we can see many sevens. A brothers noted that the Apocalypse is the book of "sevens": has seven visions seven words of praise to the Lord God and the Lamb, seven spirits before the throne of God, the seven golden candlesticks, seven lamps of fire, the Lamb has seven horns and seven eyes, seven angels blowing seven trumpets, seven thunders, seven heads of the beast, seven bowls of the seven plagues of God, and seven mountains representing seven kings. All these "sevens" together, are used in the book 56 times. Since this book of the outcome of how God will treat men in the final was the number seven means dispensational perfection, which is a temporary perfection.

Israel of God
This expression, found only once in Scripture, refers to spiritual Israel rather than to racial descendants of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel. (Gen. 32: 22-28) The Bible speaks of "the carnal way of Israel" (1 Cor 10:18), as well as the spiritual Israel, made up of those that descended from Abraham is not a requirement. (Mt 3: 9) The apostle Paul, to use the expression "the Israel of God," shows that this has nothing to do with whether the person is or is not a descendant of Abraham circumcised. - Galatians 6:15, 16.
The prophet Hosea foretold that God, in rejecting the nation of natural Israel in favor of this spiritual nation, which includes Gentiles, would say 'those who were not his people: "You are my people.'" (The 2:23, Romans 9: 22-25) In time, the Kingdom of God was taken from the nation of natural Jews and given to a spiritual nation producing the fruits of the Kingdom. (Mt 21:43) There is no doubt that the spiritual Israel includes natural Jews. The apostles and others who received holy spirit at Pentecost 33 CE (about 120), the added that day (about 3,000), and that later swelled to such numbers about 5,000, were all Jews and proselytes.
