#CHILDREN_OF_GOD:
In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your own blood. You have forgotten the word of encouragement that He speaks to you as sons: My son, do not despise the discipline of the Lord, nor be resentful when he rebukes you, for the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as his son. Endure hardship as discipline; God treats you as sons. For what son is there who is not disciplined by his father?
If you are not disciplined, and discipline is for all children, then you are not legitimate children, but illegitimate.
(Hebrews 12:4-8)
QUOTE FROM THE POST:1 Timothy 2:5 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,
"Victory That Brings Encouragement"
John 16:33 is one of the most comforting, encouraging and uplifting verses in the entire Bible, because in this text we find Jesus speaking about his victory over the world, which brings true and unprecedented encouragement to those who believe in him. In this way, our hearts can feel peace at any time and in any situation, because Jesus has won. Despite afflictions, Christians can be of good cheer, because Jesus has won. John 16:33 brings an affirmation of victory for believers in Christ, because if we stop to observe we will find Christ vehemently attesting that he has already won. Christ does not say that he will win or that he is about to win, he affirms with power and conviction that he has already won. And so, through Jesus' victory, Christians are not winning or will yet win, Christians have also won, because in Christ we are more than conquerors! (Romans 8:37). Therefore wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord (Psalm 27:14).

1 JOHN 4
Do Not Love the World
15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. 17 And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.
