False teachers are called a race of vipers (snakes).

 The lie is being passed off as truth, Satan is transfigured into an angel of light, as written in Revelation 12, the serpent deceived the entire world, there are many, multitudes being deceived.

 

But those who want to be rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires, which plunge men into perdition and ruin.

Because the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil; and in this covetousness some fell away from the faith, and pierced themselves with many pains.

But you, O man of Yhwh, flee from these things, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.

Fight the good fight of faith, he takes possession of eternal life, to which you were also called, having already made a good confession before many witnesses.
