Don't commit this murder! 🔥
1 Corinthians 15:33-34 warns us about the devastating influence of bad company and the danger of giving in to sin. Satan not only wants to divert us from God's path, but also destroy our faith in Christ. Sin deforms us, takes us away from the presence of God and makes us lose the identity we received in Christ. Wake up while there's still time!
Do not allow sin to kill your new Self reborn in the waters of baptism.
Our prophetic destiny will be fulfilled
Grace and peace!
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Having said this, he was lifted up on high as they looked, and a cloud hid him from their sight.
And they stared at the sky as he ascended. Suddenly two men dressed in white appeared before them,
who said to them, "Galileans, why are you looking up to heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will return in the same way as you saw him go up."
(Acts 1:8-11)
These were Jesus' last words before he was lifted up in a cloud as his disciples watched him disappear from view. Those who denied him, those who fled because they did not want to follow him through Golgotha, because they were afraid, because they feared the cross, were there before the resurrected Jesus. He was not just showing them the power of the resurrection, he was bringing them new news: that the Holy Spirit would come upon them and they would be witnesses to speak with boldness and authority, to pray for the sick, to declare freedom to those oppressed by the devil.
This good news was also for us, because from the moment the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost, all believers would receive the power of God to defeat darkness, sin and the world, to be his witnesses and speak to the people about this. Jesus everywhere.
The word says that while he was telling them this, he ascended into heaven and the angels announced that just as he had departed, he would return a second time in a cloud to this earth. He will return to his church, the church, which follows in his footsteps regardless of the difficulties and circumstances, which follows in his footsteps in the midst of miracles, but also in the midst of the suffering of Golgotha. Thanks to the fact that those disciples decided to follow in the footsteps of Jesus, today you and I can know this Word, that Word that did not remain dead two thousand years ago, but today is alive and effective.
We can have hope, we can remain firm until his second coming because 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 will be fulfilled, which says: “For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God.” and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.”
We will see our prophetic destiny fulfilled, which is to enjoy heaven and eternal life.
Let us pray:
Thank you, beloved Jesus, because with your resurrection you gave me victory, fill me with your Holy Spirit because I want to assert myself in your path, because I want to be your witness and proclaim your Name until you return, thank you because your Word is faithful and true and you will keep your promise to come back for me. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Grace and peace!
“Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone wants to follow me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
“For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”
(Matthew 16:24-25)
We are in a globalized world where we follow in the footsteps of the influencer, in the footsteps of fashion, where we follow in the footsteps of what people will say, of fear, But how much does it cost us to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Who wants eternal life? We all want eternal life, we want to sit in heavenly places, sit at the table and share in the marriage feast of the Lamb, so why is it so difficult for us to follow in the footsteps of Jesus, if He is the direct bridge to the father?
There is no other way, no matter how much we have studied other philosophies or sciences, no matter how well we are and how successful we are in this world, this is not the way to achieve eternal life, the way is Jesus, said Jesus in John 14:6 “ Jesus said to him: I am the way, the truth, and the life; No one comes to the Father except through me.”
To follow in Jesus' footsteps is to be willing to follow in his footsteps on the path to Golgotha, it is to be willing to sacrifice yourself, to die in his name. The disciples followed Jesus for three long years and saw wonderful things, they followed in his footsteps, but when Jesus was on his way to Golgotha, how many of his disciples followed him? Judas sold him and handed him over, Peter denied him, the others dispersed, only John was present with Mary at the crucifixion. You know, following in Jesus' footsteps towards Golgotha is not easy.
If we want to be his servants, we have to abandon our own way of life. Jesus confronts us, perhaps there is a lot of emotion in our spiritual life, we are seeing miracles and surprising things, but Jesus asks us: do you really want to be my disciples? So, abandon your old way of living, change the direction of your life, transform your thoughts, your emotions, think differently, take up your cross and follow me.
Taking up the cross and following Him is not easy, but it will bring salvation to our lives and our homes. This cross is worth carrying. Golgotha means giving up what distances us from Jesus, it means sacrificing ourselves, it means changing friends if they separate us from Him, Golgotha means that we will often suffer in our walk with Jesus, but this ends up leading us to eternal life.
Let us pray:
Lord, help me to fulfill and obey your will, it is not easy to follow you, sometimes it is difficult for me to leave comfort, simplicity, which implies less sacrifice, but today you teach me that I must follow you even when I am on the way to Golgotha, take up my cross, suffer for the gospel and renounce everything that distances me from You. In the name of Jesus, amen.
