God's providence in the desert.
In Deuteronomy 8, God asks the Israelites to be faithful to His laws and reminds them of where He got them from and everything He provided for them. His clothes did not wear out and his feet did not swell during the 40 years. God made them walk for 40 years, guiding them day and night, because He wanted to know what was in their hearts, if they were an obedient and faithful people to Him and if they would fulfill His laws, forming men of character.
Deuteronomy 8 shows us the importance of obedience to God and his commandments so that we prosper on the way and when we arrive. Non-obedience only leads to death. Following God and his ways will lead us to eternal life. May we know how to praise and thank God in the desert, but when we are in the promised land, we do not forget where God took us from and everything He provided for us, because everything we conquer comes through His hands.

 ETERNITY

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this comes judgment (Heb 9:27)

Have you ever stopped to think about what happens after death?

The bible says that we will die once, after death we will be judged and that our decisions determine where we will spend eternity.

There are only two options: Accept the sacrifice of the Son of God and spend eternity in heaven. (John 3:16) Despise and suffer for all eternity (Revelation 21:8).

Have you ever stopped to think about where you will spend eternity?

THROUGH THIS WORD GOD WANTS TO REVEAL SOMETHING IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAYBE DIDN'T KNOW, BUT IT IS IN THE BIBLE. MAY THE WORD OF GOD ILLUMINATE YOUR EYES SO YOU CAN SEE, AND YOUR MIND SO YOU UNDERSTAND.

Timothy:4

2. That you preach the word, urge in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all patience and doctrine.

Isaiah:44

10. Who makes a god, and casts a graven image, which is of no use?

11. Behold, all his companions will be confounded, for the craftsmen themselves are but men; everyone gather together and stand up; they will be astonished, and will be confounded together.

12. The blacksmith works the coals with tongs, and forms it with hammers, and hews it with the strength of his arm; he is hungry and his strength weakens, and he does not drink water, and he faints.

13. The carpenter extends the ruler, draws it with a line, flattens it with the plane, and traces it with the compass; and he doeth it in the likeness of a man, after the fashion of a man, to abide in the house.

14. When he cuts down cedars for himself, he also takes the cypress and the oak; so he chooses from the trees of the forest; he plants an elm tree, and the rain makes it grow.

15. Then he serves man to burn; and he takes of them, and warms himself, and kindles them, and bakes bread; he also makes a god, and prostrates himself before him; he also makes a graven image, and kneels before it.

16. Half of it burns in the fire, with the other half it prepares the meat to eat, roasts it and is satisfied with it; he also warms up, and says: Now I've warmed up, I've seen the fire.

17. Then he makes a god out of the rest, a graven image; he kneels before her, and bows himself, and beseech her, and says, Deliver me, for thou art my god.

18. They know nothing, nor understand; for he has covered their eyes from seeing, and their hearts from understanding.

19. And none of them come to their senses, and they no longer have knowledge or understanding to say, Half have I burned in the fire, and I have baked bread on the coals thereof, and I have roasted meat on them, and have eaten it; and would I make the rest an abomination? Will I kneel to what came out of a tree?

Do not be irritated by the word of God, try to obey it Jesus gave his life for you, love him and accept the correction that breaks your heart before the living God!!!

Stand firm therefore in the freedom with which Christ has freed us, and do not place yourselves again under the yoke of servitude.

Behold, I, Paul, tell you that if you allow yourselves to be circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.

And again I protest to every man, who allows himself to be circumcised, that he is obliged to keep the whole law.

You are separated from Christ, you who are justified by the law; from grace you have fallen.

For we by the Spirit of faith wait for the hope of righteousness.

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value; but rather faith that works through love.

You ran well; Who prevented you from obeying the truth?

This persuasion does not come from the one who called you.

A little leaven leavens the whole lump.

I trust in you, in the Lord, that you will feel nothing else; but whoever troubles you, whoever he may be, will suffer condemnation.

But I, brothers, if I still preach circumcision, why am I persecuted? Soon the scandal of the cross is annihilated.

I would like those who are bothering you to be cut off.

Because you, brothers, were called to freedom. Therefore, do not use your freedom to give occasion to the flesh, but serve one another through love.

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you do not consume one another either.

But I say, Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these oppose one another, so that you do not do what you want.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

For the works of the flesh are manifest, which are: adultery, fornication, impurity, lasciviousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, emulations, wraths, fights, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, gluttony, and the like. these, concerning which I declare to you, as I told you before, that those who commit such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.

Against such there is no law. Galatians 5:1-23.

It is written in the Holy Bible 🙏 32 And they will know the truth, and the truth will set them free." John 8:32📖🙏

“Draw closer to God, and he will draw closer to you!” 🙏🏻 James 4:8

PSALM 23:
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
2 It makes me lie down in green pastures; Guide me gently to still waters.
3 Refresh my soul; Lead me in the paths of righteousness, for his name's sake.
4 Even if I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I would fear no evil, because you are with me; Your rod and your staff comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Our Lord resembles a shepherd and of course we are his sheep. A shepherd is one who watches over his sheep, providing everything they need. And so is the Lord towards us, God provides everything we need, everything necessary to keep the soul at peace. When it comes to our needs, both spiritual and earthly, the Lord himself is our provision for the entire journey. God lovingly cares for his sheep, providing them and satisfying their needs, so they can rest under His protection. God, as a good shepherd, will be by our side to protect us, preventing us from falling into an abyss. He provides, makes us rest, protects us, anoints us with oil and gives us frequent reasons for joy and overflows our cup of blessings. Your goodness and mercy will follow us every day and will lead us to live with you forever.
Thank you Lord for being a good shepherd, for your unconditional love and care for us. He continues to bless us, walk with us, guide our steps, illuminate our path and our choices and may the end be just the beginning of what is to come, the eternal home.
