 ⁶ Jesus said to him: I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.

⁷ If you knew me, you would also know my Father; and from now on you know him and have seen him.

John 14:6,7📖🙏

¹⁷ For God sent his Son into the world, not that he should condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.

¹⁸ Whoever believes in him is not condemned; but whoever does not believe is already condemned, because he does not believe in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:17,18📖🙏

² You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men.

³ For it is already manifest that you are the letter of Christ, ministered by us, and written, not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone, but on tables of flesh of the heart.

⁴ And it is through Christ that we have such confidence in God;

⁵ Not that we are capable, on our own, of thinking anything, as of ourselves; but our ability comes from God,

⁶ Which also made us capable of being ministers of a new testament, not of the letter, but of the spirit; because the letter kills and the spirit vivifies.

⁷ And if the ministry of death, written in letters on stones, came in glory, so that the children of Israel could not look at the face of Moses, because of the glory of his face, which was temporary,

⁸ How will the ministry of the Spirit not be of greater glory?

⁹ For if the ministry of condemnation was glorious, the ministry of righteousness will far exceed in glory.

¹⁰ For also he that was glorified in this part was not glorified, because of this excellent glory.

¹¹ For if what was transitory went to glory, much more is what remains in glory.

¹² Therefore, having such hope, we use great boldness in speaking.

¹³ And we are not like Moses, who put a veil over his face, so that the children of Israel would not look steadfastly at the end of what was transitory.

¹⁴ But his senses were hardened; because to this day the same veil remains to be lifted in the lesson of the old testament, which was abolished by Christ;

¹⁵ And to this day, when Moses is read, the veil is placed over their hearts.

¹⁶ But when they turn to the Lord, then the veil will be removed.

¹⁷ Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

2 Corinthians 3:2-18

Pride, arrogance and pride are feelings typical of Satan who wants men to move away from God just as he moved away when he was an angel of light and thought he could usurp God's place. Pride makes MAN think he is self-sufficient when in fact, his life, breathing, plans and future are in God's hands 🙌

"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, though he was rich, yet for your sake became poor, so that through his poverty you might become rich."

(2 Corinthians 8:9)

"but he emptied himself, becoming a servant, being born in the likeness of men.

And being found in human form, he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted him to the highest position and gave him the name that is above every name,"

(Philippians 2:7-9)

Love has a very striking characteristic that Jesus taught us, which is that whoever loves deprives himself. Let us reflect on the example of the Lord who, being the King of the universe, the Lord of creation, became poor and rich, emptied himself and became like us, but went further because he became a servant of all, taking our the sins on the cross, since he gave himself up to pay the debt we owed for sin; and the scripture tells us, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (for it is written: Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree)” (Galatians 3:13). He became a curse for us, so that all blessings would fall upon us and also so that we would be heirs of his righteousness, because “He made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we might become righteousness. of God in him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

What spectacular news, Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, loved us and washed us from our sins with his blood, the one who is, the one who was and the one who is to come, the Almighty, who will come in the clouds and all eyes they will see him, and all the tribes of the earth will weep for him; He first emptied himself of his estate so that we may now possess all riches in glory in Christ Jesus and be made kings and priests unto God, to proclaim the praises of him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light (Revelation 1 :5-8, Philippians 4:19, 1 Peter 2:9).

We too are called to strip ourselves of everything that prevents us from enjoying his undeserved favor, of every burden, and this means trusting fully in the work of Christ, not throwing away his grace, and abandoning our old way of life. so that we can enjoy what Jesus on the cross gave us. Our dispossession is the opposite of Jesus, because we had nothing, perhaps kings of our kingdom of our pride and vanity, of our vainglory, so we must strip ourselves of what has no value to take what has such a high value that it only could be repaid with his precious blood (Hebrews 12:1, Ephesians 4:22-24, Galatians 2:21).

Let us pray:

Lord Jesus Christ, because of you I am what I am and I have all your riches in glory, I do not deserve it, but you gave everything for me, now I want to teach others your gospel with all love and gratitude, for the glory of God the Father, amen.

"So they are no longer two people, but one. Therefore, let no one separate what God has joined together." (Matthew 19:6)
