QUOTE FROM THE POST: HAVE YOU SANCTIFIED YOUR DRESS TO MEET THE GROOM ON THE BIG DAY?

³ Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except he be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:3📖🙏
14 Strive to live at peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
Hebrews 12:14📖🙏

"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will be no more death, nor mourning, nor outcry, nor pain; for the former things have passed away." (Revelation 21:4)

God himself was the one who uttered the first prophecy regarding the Messiah, the Lord Jesus, and the redemption of man from his sins;
“And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; she will bruise your head, and you will bruise her heel.”
  (Genesis 3:15)
The words of Genesis 3:15, as we have seen, are spoken by God himself to the serpent, which was actually the transfigured Satan himself (Rev 20:2).
In Genesis 3:15 we have God's sentence on Satan, because he led the couple into sin.
“And I (God) will put enmity between you (Satan) and the woman (human race),”
Here God states that there would be permanent enmity between Satan and the woman, who in this case represents the human being.
In other words, he is clearly stating that Satan is the enemy of human beings, as the meaning of the name Satan already states (Satan means adversary/enemy, see 1 Peter 5:8)
“And between your seed (descendant of Satan) and his seed (descendant of the woman);”
God is repeating what he said in the previous section, taking this statement further.
An enmity would be established between Satan and his subjects, and between one who would be the seed of the woman, that is, who would come from her; refers directly to the Lord Jesus, and consequently to the Christians who form his church.
Why is the “seed” of the woman
  (or her descendant),
in Genesis 3 15, it is Jesus!
Furthermore, even in Genesis 3:15, God says that a descendant of the woman would bruise the head of the serpent, that is, the devil.
Now, the Lord Jesus is the one who destroyed Satan's power over the lives of those who receive him
(Luke 10:18-19; John 1:12; 1 John 5:18), when he died on the cross and rose from the dead.
What does “she will bruise your head, and you will bruise her heel” mean?
“she (the seed of the woman, that is, her descendant, Jesus) will bruise your (Satan’s) head.”
As we have seen, the Lord himself defeated Satan through his death on the cross and his resurrection (Rom 8:3; 1 Cor 15:20-22; Heb 2:14).
“and you (Satan) will bruise his (Jesus') heel” is the conclusion of God's sentence there in Genesis 3 15. The pronoun “him” refers to a specific person.
The wound on the heel refers to the crucifixion of Christ, as it was necessary for Jesus to be made an offering for sin (Heb 10:10; 1 Peter 2:24; 1 John 2:2), but this crucifixion is Compared to the defeat that Satan suffered, in addition to the resurrection and glory that Christ received, it is just a wound in the heel (Phil 2:7-11; Heb 12:2).
Note that the heel wound is just a wound, but the head wound symbolizes a complete defeat, which Satan suffered (Rev 12:10; 20:10).
Genesis 3 15 - the serpent's head is wounded by the woman's descendant (seed), Jesus defeats Satan on the cross with his resurrection
The “head” represents power, in this case the Lord Jesus destroyed the power of Satan when he died on the cross and was resurrected.
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested:
So that he could destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8)."

QUANTO VALE A SUA VIDA?
Jesus perguntou:

Reflexion moment!
The Bible contains the mind of God, the condition of man, the way of salvation, the condemnation of sinners, and the happiness of Christians. His doctrine is Holy; its precepts, righteous; their true stories; and its decisions, immutable.
.
Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice what it teaches to be holy. It contains light to direct you, food to strengthen you, and comfort to cheer you.
.
It is the traveler's map, the pilgrim's staff, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword and the Christian's guide.
