I understand that from this passage of
📜
Luke 21:20-24 Israel has its importance in the eschatological clock
⏳
. Because this passage talks about the siege in Israel, a time of its desolation, destruction, distressing times, of prophetic fulfillment, of revenge, of judgment. AND
👉
wrath upon these people.
👈
What people? The people of Israel. Joining this war in Israel and its consequences and by all the other signs: earthquakes, wars, rumors of war, pestilences, famines, love cooling off, apostasy, the increase in the number of false prophets. Everything leads us to consider this war, unprecedented in Israel, which apparently reveals the beginning of the Great Tribulation and the soon appearance of the antichrist with his false "Peace Agreement" described in Daniel.
Luke 21:²⁰ But when you see
👉
Jerusalem
👈
🪖
surrounded by armies, then know that her desolation has come
🔥
.
²¹ Then those who are in Judea,
🏃♂️🏃♀️
flee to the mountains
⛰️
; those who are in the middle of the city, leave; and those who enter the fields do not enter it.
²² Because days of revenge
💪
these are, that all things that are written may be fulfilled
✒️
.
²³ But woe to those who are pregnant, and to those who give birth in those days! for there will be great distress in the land, and

wrath upon these people.
👈
²⁴
👉
And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be carried away captive to all nations
👈
; and Jerusalem will be trampled

for the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are completed.

THIS IS THE PLAN ARCHITECTED MORE THAN TWO CENTURIES AGO...
We are seeing the prophecies come true before our eyes👇
¹ Gather yourselves together, yes, gather yourselves together, O undesirable nation;
² Before the decree takes effect, and the day passes like plague; before the fierce anger of the Lord comes upon you, before the day of the Lord's anger comes upon you.👈
³ Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, who have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness; it may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord's anger.
🚨⚠️⁴ For 👉Gaza👈 will be destitute, and Ashkelon desolate; Ashdod at noon will be expelled, and Ekron will be uprooted.
⁵ Woe to the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! The word of the Lord will be against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines; and I will destroy you, until there is no inhabitant.
⁶ And the coast of the sea will be pastures and huts for the shepherds, and folds for the flocks.
⁷ And it will be the coast for the rest of the house of Judah; there they will pasture his flocks; in the afternoon they will lie down in the houses of Ashkelon; for the Lord their God will visit them, and bring them back from their captivity.
⁸ I have heard the mockery of Moab, and the insulting words of the children of Ammon, with which they mocked my people, and exalted themselves against their border.
⁹ Therefore, as I live, says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, Moab will be like Sodom, and the children of Ammon like Gomorrah, a field of nettles and pits of salt, and an everlasting desolation; the rest of my people will plunder them, and the rest of my people will possess them.
¹⁰ They will have this as a reward for their pride, because they mocked and exalted themselves against the people of the Lord of hosts.
¹¹ The Lord will be terrible to them, because he will make all the gods of the earth thin; and everyone will come to worship him, each one from his place, from all the islands of the Gentiles.
¹² You also, O Ethiopians, will be killed with my sword.
¹³ He will also stretch out his hand against the north, and will destroy Assyria; and he will make Nineveh a desolation, a dry land like the desert.
¹⁴ And in the midst of it the flocks, all the animals of the nations, will rest; and the pelican and the hedgehog will lodge in their capitals; birdsong will be heard in the windows; and there will be desolation on the thresholds, when he has uncovered his work of cedar.
¹⁵ This is the joyful city, which dwells carelessly, which says in its heart, I am, and there is none besides me; how it became a desolation, an inn for animals! Everyone who passes by will whistle and wave his hand.
Zephaniah 2:1-15
All who are not redeemed in Christ are under the wrath of God
👇
¹ And he quickened you, when you were dead in trespasses and sins,
² When you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, according to the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience;
👹
³ Among whom we also all formerly walked in the desires of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and we were by nature children of wrath
😡
, like the others too.
Ephesians 2:1-3
🤔 Every time Israel strayed from the ways of the Lord. Judgment was coming! And the people were persecuted and killed by enemy peoples. This pattern has not changed!
Israel needs to place its trust in the Eternal. It may have the best and strongest system in the world, but it failed. Why did it fail? So that the prophecies would be fulfilled....God's judgment is being poured out because of your sins, as it will be poured out on the whole world. Israel does not recognize Jesus as the son of God. This already puts her under the wrath of God. Protected Israel are the remnants...Of course, we must pray for our brothers in Christ who are there...however, there will be no peace because the Scriptures say so! God has spoken and will bring it to pass! Probably, this war is the chaos necessary for the appearance of the antichrist described in Revelation and with the "Peace Agreement" described in Daniel.
*SEVEN SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGES FOR CHRISTIANS*
Social media brings several challenges to those Christians who use it. The biggest challenge is maintaining these postures:
1) Own control, so as not to waste too much time on social media;
2) A pure mind, not to delight in or share news, videos, posts, and photos that promote impurity;
3) Be wise, not to give credit to everything you read and see – there is a lot of misinformation and fake news purposely planted in these social networks;
4) Sobriety, so as not to expose your life and that of your family in public, bringing people you don't know online into your home and privacy;
5) Patience in dealing with comments, opinions and criticisms from people who do not have education, common sense, manometer or any condition to maintain a dialogue or participate in a debate in an intelligent and courteous way.
6) Wisdom, not to be hasty in responding and reacting to provocations. There is no peaceful end to fights bought with foolish and contentious people.
7) Humility to understand that although free access to the internet allows everyone to write texts and comment on whatever they want, this does not make you a theologian, a good writer or wise in your pronouncements.
God blesses,
Rev. Augustus Nicodemus
