WHO HAS THIRST? COME...

In life we can seek many things, we can struggle to achieve many goals, but nothing satisfies us like when we seek God's will.

All those who hunger for God and his righteousness will be satisfied. The Lord is pleased with people who seek Him and have a genuine desire to know Him better.

One thing I asked the Lord
and look for:
that I may live in the house of the Lord
every days of my life,
to behold the goodness of the Lord
and seek guidance from him in his temple.
Psalm 27:4

About you my heart says:
Seek my face!
Your face, Lord, I will seek.
Psalm 27:8

because he quenches the thirsty
and fully satisfies the hungry.
Psalm 107:9

As the deer longs for running waters,
my soul yearns for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When can I enter
to present myself to God?
Psalms 42:1-2

Rest in God alone,
O my soul;
from him comes my hope. He alone is the rock that saves me;
he is my high tower! I will not be shaken! My salvation and my honor
on God they depend;
he is my firm rock, my refuge. Trust him at all times, O people;
pour out your heart before him,
for he is our refuge.
Psalms 62:5-8

O God, you are my God,
I seek you intensely;
my soul thirsts for you!
My whole being yearns for you,
in a dry, weary and waterless land. I want to contemplate you in the sanctuary
and see your power and your glory. Your love is better than life!
Therefore my lips will exalt you. As long as I live I will bless you,
and in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied
as when he has a rich feast;
with joyful lips my mouth will praise you. When I lie down, I remember you;
I think of you during the watches of the night. Because you are my help,
I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings. My soul clings to you;
your right hand sustains me.
Psalm 63:1-8

How pleasant is your dwelling place,
Lord of the Army! My soul yearns, and even faints,
through the courts of the Lord;
my heart and my body
sing for joy to the living God. Even the sparrow found a home
and the swallow a nest for herself,
to shelter their young,
a place near your altar,
O Lord of hosts, my King and my God. How happy are
those who dwell in your house;
praise you without ceasing!
Psalms 84:1-4

Better is a day in your courts
than a thousand elsewhere;
I prefer to stay at the door of the house of my God
to dwell in the tents of the wicked.
Psalm 84:10

My soul is consumed with perennial desire
of your ordinances.
Psalm 119:20

I extend my hands to you;
like a parched land, I thirst for you.
Psalm 143:6

Jesus replied, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God'".
Matthew 4:4

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be satisfied.
Matthew 5:6

Early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went to a deserted place, where he prayed.
Mark 1:35

For the bread of God is he who came down from heaven and gives life to the world."
John 6:33

Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never hunger; he who believes in me will never thirst.
John 6:35

But what was gain to me I now consider loss for Christ's sake. More than that, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I count them as dung, that I might gain Christ and be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God and rests on faith. I want to know Christ, the power of his resurrection and the participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death in order to somehow achieve resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this or have been perfected, but I press on to achieve it, for to this end I was also reached by Christ Jesus. Brethren, I do not think that I myself have already achieved it, but one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and reaching forward to what is ahead, I press on towards the goal, in order to win the prize of the heavenly calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:7-14

The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And everyone who hears say: "Come!" Whoever is thirsty come; and whoever wants to drink the water of life freely.
Revelation 22:17

JESUS IS THE ONLY MEDIATOR!!!

DON'T WARM UP! PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL!!!

“But the cowards, the unbelievers (atheists), the abominable, the murderers, the fornicators (couple who have sex without being married), the sorcerers (those who practice sorcery and (or) magic), the idolaters and all liars (those who lack the truth) - their place will be in the lake of fire that burns with brimstone. This is the second death.” APOCALYPSE 21:8 🫵🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Spiritual Blindness: It is you see the sin of others and not see yours.

MATTHEW 7:3-5

"And why do you see the speck in your brother's eye, and do not notice the beam that is in your own eye?

Or how will you say to your brother, Let me take the speck out of your eye, when you have the beam in yours?

Hypocritical! first take the plank out of your own eye; and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

GOD IS PLEASED WITH A BROKEN HEART...

A broken heart is a repentant heart, sad for its sins, wanting to change its life. God approves of those who are brokenhearted and ask forgiveness for their sins.

God cannot resist a contrite and broken heart. When someone comes to God with repentance for sins, he forgives and restores. God comforts the broken heart and restores hope and joy.

the Lord is near

those with a broken heart

and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalm 34:18

He alone heals the brokenhearted

and takes care of your wounds.

Psalm 147:3

Sacrifices That Please God

they are a broken spirit;

a broken and contrite heart,

O God, you will not despise.

Psalm 51:17

For thus says the High and Lofty,

who lives forever,

and whose name is holy:

"I dwell in a high and holy place,

but I also dwell with the contrite

and humble in spirit,

to give new life

to the spirit of the humble

and new breath to the heart of the contrite.

Isaiah 57:15

My body and my heart

may falter,

but God is the strength of my heart

and my inheritance forever.

Psalm 73:26

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:9

Godly sorrow does not produce remorse, but repentance that leads to salvation, and worldly sorrow produces death. See what this godly sorrow produced in you: what dedication, what apologies, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what concern, what desire to see justice done! In all you have shown yourselves innocent in this regard.

2 Corinthians 7:10-11

It wasn't my hands that made

all these things,

and why did they exist?"

asks the Lord.

"To this I esteem:

to the humble and contrite of spirit,

who trembles at my word.

Isaiah 66:2

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord,

it's over me,

because the Lord anointed me

to bring good news to the poor.

He has sent me to care for those who are

with a broken heart,

announce freedom to the captives

and deliverance from darkness to the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor

and the day of vengeance of our God;

to comfort all who mourn and give to all who mourn in Zion

a beautiful crown instead of ashes,

the oil of joy instead of mourning

and a mantle of praise

instead of depressed spirit.

they will be called

oaks of justice,

planting of the Lord,

for the manifestation of his glory.

Isaiah 61:1-3

the poor in spirit,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed

for they will be comforted. Blessed are the humble,

for they shall inherit the land.

LET'S BE GOOD EXAMPLES!!!

TITUS 2: 7 In everything he gives you an example of good works; in doctrine shows integrity, sobriety,

titus 2

…6Likewise exhort the youth to be sensible. 7 May your way of acting be exemplary in everything; in theology, it shows integrity, sobriety, 8sound speech and blameless, so that every enemy may be put to shame, having no reason to speak ill of us. …

1 Timothy 4:12

Nobody underestimate the fact that you are young, but try to be an example for the faithful, in word, in behavior, in love, in faith and in purity.

1 Timothy 5:10

whose good works may be a good testimony to him, such as raising children, exercising hospitality, humbly washing the feet of the saints, succoring the afflicted, and doing every kind of good work.

Titus 3:8

This, then, is a completely credible word, and I want you to proclaim it categorically, so that those who believe in God may engage in the practice of good works. Such actions are excellent and of great benefit to mankind.

1 Peter 5:3

GOD HATES SIN AND ALSO THE SINNER!!!

Phrases like “God hates sin but LOVES the sinner” do not contain all of Divine truth.

God loves the sinner, YES, but the REPENTING sinner, those who do not repent are under the WRATH of God and will experience the wrath of the Lamb without mixture. (Rev 14.10)

But what about those who ARE CHILDREN, these God does not PUNISH? Pune and a lot.

Just read the history of God's people.

Jeremiah preached repentance for years and the people did not listen. Result? GOD raised Babylon, called Nebuchadnezzar “my servant” and this people DESTROYED the Hebrews.

Children were beheaded before their parents, and these, after seeing this disgrace, had their eyes gouged out so that, as the last image of their children, they would have the memory of their necks being cut and their heads torn off.

Women were stu.pr@dasS in front of their husbands.

Men were impaled. Do you know what this is? A spear was placed in the anus and driven through until it came out of the mouth.

Who made these things? GOD.

“If you say in your heart, Why have these things happened to me? Because of your many sins your clothes were lifted and you were raped.” Jer 13:22

Davi did not go unpunished for his sins, a look at Tik Tok, I mean, at the neighbor, was very expensive. The son of adultery died, one son slept with the king's wives for all Israel to see, another studded a half sister and took his father's kingdom.

Ah, but in the New Testament it is different. NO, IT IS NOT, BECAUSE GOD DOES NOT CHANGE.

Ps 11:5 "The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, and hates him who loves violence."

Proverbs 11:20 “The Lord abhors the perverse in heart”
