OUR CHALLENGE ...

 OUR DAILY WORK: THE FIGHT AGAINST SIN AND THE SEARCH FOR SANCTIFICATION ...

ARE YOU PERFECT? SURELY NO, I DIDN'T! WE SIN, WE WRONG, WE FAIL EVEN WITHOUT REALIZING. AS THE APOSTLE PAUL: “BECAUSE I DON'T DO THE GOOD I WANT, BUT THE EVIL I DON'T WANT, I DO” (Romans 7: 19-20)

ROMANS 5: 1-21

Justification by Faith and Peace with God

1 Having therefore been justified by faith, we have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ;

2 Through which we also have an entrance by faith to this grace, in which we stand, and we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

3 And not only this, but we also boast in tribulations; knowing that tribulation produces patience,

4 And patience is experience, and experience is hope.

5 And hope does not cause confusion, because the love of God is poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

6 For Christ, while we were still weak, died in due time for the wicked.

7 For only someone will die for the righteous; for it may be that for the good one dares to die.

8 But God proves his love for us, in that Christ died for us, while we are still sinners.

9 Much more now, having been justified by his blood, we will be saved from wrath by him.

10 For if we, being enemies, were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, having already been reconciled, we will be saved by his life.

11 And not only this, but we also boast in God for our Lord Jesus Christ, for which we now achieve reconciliation.

For one man came sin and death. For a man also came the grace that overflowed with sin

12 Therefore, as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, so also death passed on to all men because of all that they sinned.

13 For sin was in the world until the law, but sin is not imputed, and there is no law.

14 However, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of the one who was to come.

15 But the free gift is not like the offense. Because, if by the offense of one many died, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is of one man, Jesus Christ, abounded over many.

16 And the gift was not like the offense, for the one who sinned. Because the judgment came from a single offense, in fact, for condemnation, but the free gift came from many offenses for justification.

17 For if, by the offense of one, death reigned over him, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of justice, will reign in life for one, Jesus Christ.

18 For just as by one offense judgment came upon all men for condemnation, so also by one act of justice grace came upon all men for justification of life.

19 For as if by the disobedience of one man, many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one many will be made righteous.

20 However, the law came so that the offense would abound; but, where sin abounded, grace abounded;

21 So that, just as sin reigned in death, so grace might reign through justice for eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

ROMANS 6: 1-23

Grace does not allow us to remain in sin, but frees us from the power of sin

1 WHAT shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

2 Not at all. How can we, who are dead to sin, still live in it?

3 Or do you not know that all who were baptized in Jesus Christ were baptized in his death?

4 So we were buried with him by baptism in death; so that, as Christ was raised from the dead, by the glory of the Father, so may we also walk in newness of life.

5 For if we were planted together with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be planted in his resurrection;

6 Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, so that the body of sin may be undone, so that we no longer serve sin.

7 For he who is dead is justified from sin.

8 Now if we have already died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him;

9 Knowing that since Christ was raised from the dead, he no longer dies; death no longer has dominion over him.

10 For as far as he died, he died to sin at once; but as for living, he lives for God.

11 So you also consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

12 Therefore, sin should not reign in your mortal body, to obey it in its lusts;

13 Neither do you present your members to sin as instruments of iniquity; but present yourselves to God, as living from the dead, and your members to God, as instruments of justice.

14 For sin will have no dominion over you, for you are not under the law, but under grace.

15 Why? Will we sin because we are not under the law, but under grace? Not at all.

16 Do you not know that to whomever you present yourselves as servants to obey him, you are servants of him whom you obey, or from sin to death, or from obedience to righteousness?

17 But thank God that, having been servants of sin, you have heartfelt obedience to the form of doctrine to which you have been given.

18 And being freed from sin, you were made servants of righteousness.

19 I speak as a man, because of the weakness of your flesh; for as you have presented your members to serve uncleanness and wickedness to wickedness, so now present your members to serve righteousness for sanctification.

20 For when you were servants of sin, you were free from righteousness.

21 And what fruit did you have then of the things that you are now ashamed of? Because their end is death.

22 But now, freed from sin, and made servants of God, you have your fruit for sanctification, and ultimately eternal life.

23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life, through Christ Jesus our Lord.

IF SIN ...

1 JOHN 2: 1-17

1 My little children, these things I write to you, that you may not sin; and if anyone sins, we have an Advocate for the Father, Jesus Christ, the just.

2 And he is the propitiation for our sins, and not only for ours, but also for those of the whole world.

Observing the commandments. Brotherly love. The separation from the world

3 And hereby we know that we know him: if we keep his commandments.

4 He who says, I know him, and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

5 But whoever keeps his word, God's love is truly perfected in him; hereby we know that we are in it.

6 He who says he is in him must also walk as he did.

7 Brothers, I am not writing you a new commandment, but the old commandment, which you had from the beginning. This ancient commandment is the word that you have heard from the beginning.

8 Again I write a new commandment to you, which is true in him and in you; because darkness is passing, and the true light is already illuminating.

9 He who says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is still in darkness until now.

10 He who loves his brother is in the light, and there is no scandal in him.

11 But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where to go; because darkness has blinded his eyes.

12 Little children, I write to you, for your sins are forgiven you by his name.

13 Parents, I write to you, because you have known him who he is from the beginning. Young people, I write to you, because you have overcome the evil one. I wrote to you, children, because you knew the Father.

14 I wrote to you, parents, because you have known him who he is from the beginning. I wrote to you, young people, because you are strong, and the word of God is in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

15 Do not love the world or what is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him.

16 For everything in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but of the world.

17 And the world passes by, and its lust; but he who does the will of God remains forever.

SOON,

ROMANS 8: 1-17

The new life under grace, according to the spirit of holiness and adoration

1 THEREFORE, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

2 For the law of the Spirit of life, in Christ Jesus, delivered me from the law of sin and death.

3 Because what was impossible with the law, since he was sick with the flesh, God, sending his Son in the likeness of the flesh of sin, condemned sin in the flesh for sin;

4 That the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

5 For those who are after the flesh bow down to the things of the flesh; but those who are according to the Spirit for the things of the Spirit.

6 For the inclination of the flesh is death; but the Spirit's inclination is life and peace.

7 For the inclination of the flesh is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can it be.

8 Therefore, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 You, however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, that person is not his.

10 And if Christ is in you, the body is actually dead because of sin, but the spirit lives because of righteousness.

11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit who dwells in you.

12 So, brothers, we are indebted, not to the flesh to live according to the flesh.

13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the works of the body, you will live.

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.

15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery, for once again you were in fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption of children, for which we cry out: Abba, Father.

16 The same Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are children of God.

17 And if we are children, then we are also heirs, heirs of God, and co-heirs of Christ: if it is certain that we suffer with him, that we also may be glorified with him.

ROMANS 8: 30-39

30 And he who predestined these he also called; and to those he called to these he also justified; and to those whom he justified, he also glorified.

Song of victory: God is for us

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

32 He who spared not even his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how can he not also give us all things with him?

33 Who will bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies them.

34 Who condemns? For it is Christ who died, or rather who rose from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, and also makes intercession for us.

35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? The tribulation, or the anguish, or the persecution, or the hunger, or the nakedness, or the danger, or the sword?

36 As it is written: For your sake we are put to death all day long; We are reputed as sheep for the slaughterhouse.

37 But in all these things we are more than winners, by the one who loved us.

38 For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor the present, nor the future,

39 Neither height, nor depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Caution!!!!

 WE SHOULD NOT TRY CHRIST, AS SOME OF THE ISRAELITES TRIED IT IN THE DESERT ...

                                        1 Corinthians 10: 1-31

Advice against idol worship

1 Brothers, I want you to remember what happened to our ancestors who followed Moses. All were protected by the cloud and passed through the Red Sea. 2 As followers of Moses, they were baptized in the cloud and the sea. 3 They all ate the same spiritual food 4 and drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank from that spiritual rock that went with them; and the rock was Christ. 5 But God was not happy with most of them, so they died, and their bodies were scattered in the desert.

6 All this happened in order to serve as an example, for us not to want bad things as they wanted, 7 nor to worship idols, as some of them did. As the Holy Scriptures say: "The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to enjoy themselves." 8 We must not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did. And because they did, twenty-three thousand of them fell dead in one day. 9 We are not to test Christ's patience, as some of them did, and for that reason they were killed by snakes. 10 You must not complain, as some of them did, and that is why you were destroyed by the Angel of Death.

11 All of this happened to our ancestors to set an example for others, and those things were written to serve as a warning to us. For we are living in the end times.

12 Therefore, one who thinks he is standing is better to be careful not to fall. 13 The temptations that you have to face are the same as others that you face; but God keeps his promise and will not let you suffer temptations that you do not have the strength to endure. When a temptation comes, God will give you the strength to endure it, so that you can get out of it.

14 Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idol worship. 15 I speak to you as with people who have the capacity to understand what I am saying. Judge yourselves what I am saying. 16 Think of the cup for which we give thanks to God at the Lord's Supper. Are we not taking part in the blood of Christ when we drink from this cup? And when we break and eat bread, are we not taking part in the body of Christ? 17 Even though there are many, we all eat the same bread, which is one; and that is why we are one body.

18 Think of the people of Israel. Those who eat the things offered in sacrifices take part together in the sacrifice that is offered to God at the altar. 19 What do I mean by that? That the idol or the food that is offered to him has any value? 20 Of course not! What I am saying is that what is sacrificed on the pagan altars is offered to demons and not to God. And I don't want you to take part in the demons' things. 21 You cannot drink from the cup of the Lord or from the cup of demons. You cannot eat at the Lord's table and also at the table of demons. 22 Or do we want to provoke the Lord by making him jealous? Do you think we are stronger than him?

                                    Respect for the opinion of others

23 Some say, "We can do whatever we want." Yes, but not everything is good. “We can do everything we want”, but not everything is useful. 24 No one should pursue his own interests, but the interests of others.

25 You can eat everything that is sold in the butcher shop, without any doubt of conscience. 26 For, as the Holy Scriptures say, "The earth and everything in it belong to the Lord."

27 If someone who is not a Christian invites you to eat, and you decide to go, eat whatever is put in front of you and do not ask questions out of conscience. 28 But if anyone says to you, "This food was offered to idols", in this case do not eat, because of the one who said this and also because of conscience. 29 I am not talking about your own conscience, but the conscience of the other.

But someone may ask, “Why should my freedom be diminished by the conscience of others? 30 If I thank God for the food I eat, why am I criticized, if I have already thanked God? ”

31 Therefore, when you eat, or drink, or do anything else, do everything for the glory of God.

THAT'S WHY SO MUCH RELATIONSHIPS ARE MONEY ...

 THE MINISTRY OF WOMEN & MAN ...

WHEN PAPERS ARE DUE FULLY FULFILLED, WE SEE THE WEAR IN WEDDINGS, CULMINATING FOR DIVORCE ...

Understand: God created man to be the Protector, provider since Eden, I say this, after sin. God said: You will eat the sweat on your face. This denotes work, effort, he would go hunting for food, for provision. He should from then on: be the protector and provider of his family. The woman in turn, since her conception, was created to be a helper, helper, helper, cooperator. She would help Adam. She would be with them side by side with common goals. Domestic services exist, are necessary and inevitable every day for both the single and the married. Failure to do so creates family arguments and disagreements. Since, each one must fulfill his / her role so as not to overload the other (a). And, when they do not occur, family conflicts and fights erode the family or couple relationship. While Adam provided the food, Eve certainly took care of the children, the house, cooking. Many people find it difficult to understand these principles by their creation, by the ideologies existing in the current world, by the dynamics of the world today. Where the woman is equated with the man. But, biblically it is not so. The man needs to fulfill his role and so does the woman. In today's world, due to the influence of feminism, new technologies, new jobs and competitiveness, there is a frantic rush on the part of women to reach the same levels as men and, if possible, surpass them. However, this will undermine your main ministry, which is to take care of the family, the husband, the children, the order of your home, the smooth running of your home. Something will be neglected: food will not be made, some bills will be forgotten to be paid, clothes will not be washed or ironed. There will be no time to pay attention to your husband or children. The dishes will remain in the sink, the house will be dirty. The dusty furniture, in short, something will no longer be done. This does not prevent the man from helping her. However, the woman has the role of helper. She will not be below him, but will be cooperating in her role alongside him. This does not mean that she cannot study, take courses when she is still single, but, as she said: married, at some point she may neglect her ministerial duties. Usually, when a woman earns more than her husband, there are conflicts. The woman in hot moments can humiliate her husband, or some action from her, make him feel like this: humiliated. It wears out any relationship. The man feels uncomfortable, creates problems in the home. The woman should not compete with her husband, but be her helper. This is the ministry by which the woman was created. Due to the difficulties of our time, many women work to help in the home. As a result, many feel overwhelmed and there are often conflicts and discussions, demands on the part of her for help. She is not wrong but, the man is fulfilling the role of providing and protecting and due to the limited time, it can be complicated for him to be able to help her. And she, in addition to being a wife, mother and homemaker, also has obligations in relation to her professional position. The question is: Will this woman be able to handle all this and still have mental and emotional health? Will she support her husband's demands? And the worst: her own? Many as an alternative to help their spouses: they work from home, generating some type of income. It could be a solution! They fulfill their ministries and help at home, financially. Many women think this is a sexist thought, however, the Eternal was how he created them and I believe that the Eternal is not wrong!

God created the woman to help and respond to the man. The woman received the same blessing as the man to dominate the land. Men and women work best when they work together, in harmony.

In the Bible, both the housewife and the business woman play a very important role. At home and at work, women should not give way to laziness, always doing their best and setting a good example.

At home, the wife and husband must work together to educate their children and maintain order in the home. The man is the head of the family but the woman is his right hand. The two must respect each other.

Woman's Role in the Bible

God created man in his image,

in the image of God he created him;

man and woman created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fertile and multiply! Fill and subdue the earth! Master the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and all the animals that move on the earth." Genesis 1: 27-28

Then the Lord God declared, "It is not good for man to be alone; I will do for him someone who will help and respond to him." Genesis 2:18

Then the Lord God declared, "It is not good for man to be alone; I will do for him someone who will help and respond to him." Genesis 2:18

An exemplary wife; happy whoever finds it! It is much more valuable than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her

and he never misses anything. It only does good, and never evil,

every day of her life. Proverbs 31: 10-12

Choose wool and linen

and with pleasure he works with his hands. Like merchant ships,

it brings its provisions from afar. Before daylight she gets up,

prepares food for everyone at home

and gives her servants chores. She evaluates a field and buys it;

with what she earns she plants a vineyard. She willingly indulges her work;

her arms are strong and vigorous. It manages its profitable trade well,

and her lamp stays on during the night. In her hands she holds the spindle

and with her fingers she takes the distaff. Welcomes the needy

and extends his hands to the poor. Proverbs 31: 13-20

She makes linen robes and sells them,

and she provides belts to traders. It has strength and dignity;

she smiles at the future. She speaks wisely

and teaches with love. Take care of your home business

and there is no room for laziness. Proverbs 31: 24-27

Women are also worthy, not slanderous, but sober and trustworthy in everything. 1 Timothy 3:11

Similarly, she teaches older women to be reverent in their way of life, not to be slanderous or enslaved to too much wine, but to be able to teach what is good. In this way, they will be able to guide younger women to love their husbands and children, to be prudent and pure, to be busy at home, and to be kind and subject to their husbands, so that the word of God is not defamed. Titus 2: 3-5

Likewise, I want women to dress modestly, with decency and discretion, not adorning themselves with braids and gold, or with pearls or expensive clothes, 1 Timothy 2: 9

Women, each subject yourselves to your husband, as to the Lord, for the husband is the head of the woman, just as Christ is the head of the church, which is her body, of which he is the Savior. Just as the church is subject to Christ, so women are subject to their husbands in everything. Ephesians 5: 22-24

In the Lord, however, women are not independent of men and men are not independent of women. For just as a woman came from a man, a man is born of a woman. But everything comes from God.

1 Corinthians 11: 11-12

To the woman, he declared:

"I will multiply greatly

your suffering during pregnancy;

with suffering you will give birth to children.

Your wish will be for your husband,

and he will dominate it. "Genesis 3:16

In the same way, women, each subject yourself to your husband, so that, if he does not obey the word, he may be won without words, by the procedure of his wife, observing your honest and respectful conduct. Your beauty should not be in the outer decorations, such as braided hair and gold jewelry or fine clothing. On the contrary, be in the inner being, which does not perish, beauty demonstrated in a docile and peaceful spirit, which is of great value to God. For this is how the holy women of the past also used to adorn themselves, whose hope was in God. They were each subject to her husband, like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him lord. You will be daughters of it if you do good and do not give place to fear. 1 Peter 3: 1-6

Likewise, you husbands, be wise in living with your wives and treat them with honor, as the most fragile and co-heirs of the gift of grace in life, so that your prayers are not interrupted. 1 Peter 3: 7

Listen, my son, to your father's instruction

and don't despise your mother's teaching. Proverbs 1: 8

The wise woman builds her house,

but with your own hands

the fool drops her. Proverbs 14: 1

God loves men and women equally, but He has defined different roles for the two. The difference between man and woman must be celebrated, because one complements the other. Recognizing the difference is not saying that men are better than women and vice versa.

In life, a man can be a husband, a father, a leader in the church. Even if he is not married, the man is called to look after his family, offering protection.

In the context of the family, man must have maturity in God, and guide the family in the ways of the Lord.

A Christian man must:

• provide for your family (whether married or not);

• protect and support the people who care for him;

• love your wife as Jesus loves his church;

• raising your children by helping them to develop physically, intellectually and spiritually.

• live with integrity, doing your best in everything you do.

Man's Role in the Bible

Be vigilant, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, be strong. 1 Corinthians 16:13

Whatever you do, do it with all your heart, as for the Lord, and not for men,

Colossians 3:23

If someone does not take care of his relatives, and especially of his own family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. 1 Timothy 5: 8

For I have chosen him, so that he may command his children and his descendants to keep themselves in the way of the Lord, doing what is just and right, so that the Lord will bring to Abraham what he has promised ". Genesis 18:19

Husbands, love each one of your wife, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25

Parents, do not irritate your children; rather, create them according to the instruction and counsel of the Lord. Ephesians 6: 4

Likewise, you husbands, be wise in living with your wives and treat them with honor, as the most fragile and co-heirs of the gift of grace in life, so that your prayers are not interrupted. 1 Peter 3: 7

Husbands, love each one of your wife and do not treat her with bitterness. Colossians 3:19

It is necessary, therefore, that the bishop should be blameless, the husband of one woman, moderate, sensible, respectable, hospitable and able to teach; he must not be attached to wine or violent, but he must be kind, peaceful and not attached to money. He must govern his own family well, with his children subject to him, with all dignity. 1 Timothy 3: 2-4

When we were still with you, we ordered this: If someone doesn't want to work, they don't eat either. 2 Thessalonians 3:10

Do not get drunk with wine, which leads to debauchery, but let yourself be filled by the Spirit,

Ephesians 5:18

 What danger of the poison of injustice can produce in the hearts ...

When we are going through adversities, injustices ... When we go through moments of calamities and think we do not deserve it, we are tempted to question many of the injustices that we experience with resentment and resentment in our hearts against God or against people. We think the Eternal is taking too long to help us, to answer our cry, our prayers. We are tempted to look to the side and judge: why is so-and-so prospering on the path of error? Why does he thrive on his iniquity? And I who obey, disown my flesh, humble myself before the Eternal, treading the right path, do I suffer like a malefactor? This is how the psalmist David felt in Psalm 73 and it can happen to you and me! It hurts to look at some injustices, in fact we don't want to suffer ... Anyway, the world is unfair! This is a fact! And the Eternal uses these injustices, to teach his servants some principles and dangers: We have to take care of our eyes and hearts! Not always what we see with our eyes means reality and the enemy's real intention is to distance ourselves from the Creator, painting the image of an unjust and sarcastic God! Who wants to see you suffer. The devil also makes people who do his will prosper, to somehow convey the mistaken idea that with him, people get what they want! We see this clearly in some sects. Of course, the devil gives, with the objective of entangling the individual in his sea of sin and disgrace, to finally reap his souls! However, the Eternal does not always give us what we want, but what he thinks is best for us! In order to glorify him with our lives! Entering the path of hurt and resentment against the Eternal is the ultimate goal of Satan when he decides to invest in the life of a human being fearing the Creator! Let us always watch ...

No temptation came upon you, but human; but God is faithful, who will not let you try beyond what you can, but with the temptation he will also give you the escape, so that you can endure it.

1 Corinthians 10:13

Psalm 73: 1-28

1 God is truly good towards Israel, towards the pure in heart.

2 As for me, my feet have almost gone astray; there was little left for my steps to slip.

3 For I was envious of the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.

4 For there are no grips in his death, but his strength is steadfast.

5 They are not in work like other men, nor are they afflicted like other men.

6 Therefore arrogance surrounds them like a necklace; they dress in violence as in adornment.

7 Their eyes are swollen with fat; they have more than the heart could desire.

8 They are corrupt and maliciously deal with oppression; speak arrogantly.

9 They set their mouths against the heavens, and their tongues walk the earth.

10 Therefore his people return here, and waters full of glass are squeezed out of them.

11 And they say, How does God know? Is there knowledge in the Most High?

12 Behold, these are wicked, and prosper in the world; increase in wealth.

13 Truly that I have purified my heart in vain; and washed my hands in innocence.

14 For the whole day I have been afflicted, and I have been punished each morning.

15 If I said, I will speak thus; behold, it would offend your children's generation.

16 When I thought about understanding this, it was very painful for me;

17 Until I entered the sanctuary of God; so I understood their end.

18 You have certainly put them in slippery places; you cast them in destruction.

19 How they fall into desolation, almost in a moment! They are totally consumed with terrors.

20 Like a dream, when you wake up, so, O Lord, when you wake up, you will despise their appearance.

21 So my heart went sour, and my kidneys are stinging.

22 So I became stupid, and I knew nothing; I was like an animal before you.

23 However, I am continually with you; you supported me by my right hand.

24 You will guide me with your advice, and then you will receive me in glory.

25 Who have I in heaven but you? and there is no one on earth that I want besides you.

26 My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.

27 For, behold, those who stretch out from you will perish; you have destroyed all those who turn away from you.

28 But it is good for me to approach God; I put my trust in the Lord GOD, to announce all your works.

Even when we are faithful to the Eternal and his Word and we live a life of integrity, there is no guarantee that injustices will not happen: We see this clearly in Job's life: a man of integrity, faithful, God-fearing and who turned away from evil. We will certainly be tempted with scarcity, lack, loss and injustice, but this will not last forever. There is a promise of fidelity on the part of the Creator. That's our hope ...

There is a Memorial, and if you are in Christ, your name is there!

Malachi 3: 1-18

1 Behold, I am sending my messenger, who will prepare the way before me; and suddenly the Lord will come to his temple, whom you seek; and the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, behold, he comes, says the LORD of hosts.

2 But who will endure the day of his coming? And who shall stand when he appears? Because he will be like the goldsmith's fire and like the laundrymen's soap.

3 And he will set himself up as a melter and purifier of silver; and he will purify the children of Levi, and refine them as gold and silver; then they will bring an offering to the Lord in righteousness.

4 And the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the Lord, as in the old days, and as in the early years.

5 And I will come to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against sorcerers, against adulterers, against those who swear falsely, against those who defraud the daily laborer in his wages, and the widow, and the orphan, and who pervert the rights of foreigners, and do not fear me, says the Lord of Hosts.

6 For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.

7 Since the days of your fathers, you have strayed from my statutes, and have not kept them; turn to me, and I will become to you, says the Lord of hosts; but you say, What shall we return to?

8 Will a man rob God? Yet you steal from me, and say, In what do we steal from you? In tithes and offerings.

9 You are cursed with a curse, because you rob me of this whole nation.

10 Bring all the tithes to the treasury, so that there may be food in my house, and then prove me in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I do not open the windows of heaven to you and pour out such a blessing on you. until there is not enough room to collect it.

11 And because of you I will rebuke the devourer, and he will not destroy the fruits of your land; and your vine in the field will not be sterile, says the Lord of hosts.

12 And all the nations will call you blessed; for you will be a delightful land, says the Lord of hosts.

13 Your words were aggressive to me, says the Lord; but you say, What have we spoken against you?

14 You have said, It is useless to serve God; what good is it for us to be careful to keep its precepts, and to walk in mourning before the Lord of hosts?

15 Now then, we call the proud blessed; also those who commit wickedness are built up; yea, they tempt God, and escape.

16 Then those who feared the Lord often spoke to one another; and the Lord saw and heard; and a memorial was written before him, for those who feared the Lord, and for those who remembered his name.

17 And they will be mine, says the Lord of hosts; that day they will be jewels for me; I will spare them, as a man spares his son, who serves him.

18 Then you will return and see the difference between the righteous and the wicked; between what serves God, and what doesn't.

Don't be discouraged

 John 14:1-31

1 "Do not let your hearts be disturbed. Believe in God; believe in me also.

2 In my Father's house there are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I will prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will return and take you to me, so that you may be where I am.

4 You know the way I'm going ".

5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we do not know where you are going; how then can we know the way?"

6 Jesus replied, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

7 If you really knew me, you would also know my Father. By the way, you already know him and have seen him ".

8 Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father, and that is enough for us."

9 Jesus replied, "You don't know me, Philip, even after I have been with you for so long? Whoever sees me sees the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'?

10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just mine. On the contrary, the Father, who lives in me, is doing his work.

11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and that the Father is in me; or at least believe because of the same works.

12 I tell you the truth: He who believes in me will also do the works that I have done. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 Whatever you ask for in my name, I will do ".

15 "If you love me, you will obey my commandments.

16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever,

17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive it, because it does not see or know it. But you know him, because he lives with you and will be in you.

18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come back to you.

19 In a short time the world will no longer see me; but you will see me. Because I live, you will also live.

20 In that day you will understand that I am in my Father, you in me, and I in you.

21 Whoever has my commandments and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will also love him and reveal myself to him ".

22 Then Judas (not Iscariot) said, "Lord, but why will you reveal yourself to us and not to the world?"

23 Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, we will come to him and make our home with him.

24 He who does not love me does not keep my words. These words that you are hearing are not mine; they belong to my Father who sent me.

25 "I have told you all this while I am still with you.

26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

27 I leave you peace; my peace I give you. I don't give it as the world does. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor be afraid.

28 "You heard me say, I am going, but I am coming back to you. If you loved me, you would be happy because I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than me.

29 This I have told you now, before it happens, so that when it happens, you will believe.

30 I will no longer speak to you much, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no claim on me.

31 However, so that the world may know that I love the Father and that I do what my Father has commanded me. Get up, let's go from here! "

 HAVE YOU ALREADY “FALLEN FROM THE HORSE”?

Acts 9: 1-29

1 And Saul, still breathing threats and deaths against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest.

2 And he asked him for letters to Damascus, to the synagogues, so that if he found some of this Way, whether men or women, he would lead them prisoners to Jerusalem.

3 And as he was on the way, it came to pass that, as he approached Damascus, a bright light from the sky suddenly surrounded him.

4 And when he fell to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?

5 And he said, Who are you, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. Tough is for you to recalcitrate against the goads.

6 And he, trembling and astonished, said, Lord, what do you want me to do? And the Lord said to him, Arise, and go into the city, and there you will be told what you should do.

7 And the men who were going with him stopped in amazement, hearing the voice, but seeing no one.

8 And Saul arose from the earth, and, opening his eyes, he saw no one. And, leading him by the hand, they led him to Damascus.

9 And he did not see for three days, and he neither ate nor drank.

10 And there was a certain disciple in Damascus named Ananias; and the Lord said to him in a vision, Ananias! And he replied: Here I am, Lord.

11 And the Lord said to him, Arise, and go to the street called Direita, and ask in Judas' house for a man from Tarsus named Saul; for, behold, he is praying;

12 And in a vision he saw that a man named Ananias came in, and he put his hand on him, that he might see again.

13 And Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how many evils he has done to your saints in Jerusalem;

14 And here you have the power of the chief priests to arrest all who call on your name.

15 But the Lord said to him, "Go, because this is a chosen vessel for me to carry my name before the Gentiles, and the kings and children of Israel."

16 And I will show you how much you must suffer for my name.

17 And Ananias went and entered the house and, laying his hands on him, said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the path where you were coming, sent me, that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

18 And immediately scales fell from his eyes, and he recovered his sight; and, getting up, he was baptized.

19 And when he had eaten, he was comforted. And Saul spent a few days with the disciples who were in Damascus.

20 And immediately in the synagogues he preached Christ, that he is the Son of God.

21 And all who heard him were astonished, and said, Is this not the one in Jerusalem who was persecuting those who called on this name, and that is why he came here, to take them prisoners to the chief priests?

22 Saul, however, tried harder, and confused the Jews who lived in Damascus, proving that that was the Christ.

23 And after many days had passed, the Jews took counsel among themselves to kill him.

24 But his pitfalls came to Saul's knowledge; and how they guarded the doors, both day and night, so that they could take his life,

25 When the disciples took it at night, they lowered it, in a basket, over the wall.

26 And when Saul arrived in Jerusalem, he sought to join the disciples, but they all feared him, not believing that he was a disciple.

27 Then Barnabas, taking him with him, brought him to the apostles, and told them how on the way he had seen the Lord and spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had spoken boldly in the name of Jesus.

28 And he walked with them in Jerusalem, coming and going,

29 And he spoke boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus. He also spoke and disputed against the Greeks, but they sought to kill him.

We find in the Bible the story of a young man who had to “fall off his horse”. He fell from his pride and pride to be a wonderful instrument in the Lord's hands. His name is Paulo de Tarso.

Paulo comes from the Latin Paulus, which means "small". He became small because he “fell off his horse”. Before, it was called “Saulo”, which means “anointed”. He knew the meaning of his name: and considered himself the "anointed himself". It was precisely because of spiritual pride that Saulo needed to “fall off the horse” of his self-sufficiency.

Saul was devastating the Church; he would enter the houses and drag men and women out to throw them in prison (Ac 8, 1b-3). Observe the fury of this young man. In fact, all of this happened because Paul allowed, from the day he saw the stoning of Stephen, that a great hatred invaded his heart. This led him to commit barbarities that are narrated in the Acts of the Apostles, for believing that he was doing the will of the Creator.

It was a loophole that he opened! And in his life, what gap has been opened? Perhaps the revolt against someone in your family, your father or your mother, grandmother; grandfather, uncle, brother, cousin, friend, acquaintance, an affective situation that made you feel rejected; feeling humiliated, physical or psychological abuse, unrestrained sexuality or drug use.

Anyway, the fact is that the breach created resentments in his heart, and Satan was able to enter it. And when he enters, he does a great deal of damage, as he did in Saulo. Jesus loves everyone, Saul was no exception. The Lord loved him, knew his heart. Jesus saw the damage that happened in his life, because he gave the enemy a breach, and he came with the power to rescue him.

In the Hebrew language, Jesus called him “anointed”: Saul. An "anointed one" could not act like Paul. But, to God, he was his chosen one, His anointed. At that moment, Saulo “fell off his horse”! And the Lord gave him an order: "Now, get up, enter the city, and there you will be told what to do" (Acts 9: 6).

That young man, who emanated threats and revolts, is caught by Jesus and is transformed when Ananias lays hands on him: he is filled with the Holy Spirit!

That same Jesus loves and knows you. He knows what breach you opened and the same love he had for Saul, he has for you. Saulo “fell” from his pride and, “falling to the ground, he heard a voice that said:‘ Saulo, Saulo, why are you persecuting me? ’” (Ac 9.4).

God wants to enter his life as he did in Saul's life, even if it is necessary to make you “fall off the horse”. You cannot go on with that kind of life. You are an elect, a chosen one, like Saul! What God has done, changing the course of Saul's life, wants to do with you. You just have to accept it!

What the Eternal expects of you!

 HOW WILL THEY HEAR WITHOUT SOMEONE PREACHING TO THEM?

And he said to them (Jesus): Go into all the world, preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15

What is your world? Where the Eternal planted you, start there ...

because "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved".

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe him that they have not heard of? And how will they hear if there is no one to preach?

Romans 10: 13,14

Jesus is coming ... many of us have heard this message many times and, some wonder where is that promise? Jesus has not yet returned. I've heard it since my grandparents' time. And the interesting thing is that, knowing this, he wrote:

2 Peter 3: 1-18

1 Beloved, I now write to you this second letter, in both of which I awaken your sincere courage with exhortation;

2 That you may remember the words that were first spoken by the holy prophets, and our commandment, as apostles of the Lord and Savior.

3 Knowing this first, that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts,

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? because as long as the parents slept, everything remains as it was from the beginning of creation.

5 They voluntarily ignore this, that by the word of God the heavens have existed since antiquity, and the earth, which was taken out of the water and in the midst of the water remains.

6 For what things the world then perished, covered with the waters of the flood,

7 But the heavens and the earth, which now exist by the same word, are reserved as treasure, and are kept for fire, until the day of judgment, and the destruction of ungodly men.

8 But, beloved, do not ignore one thing, that a day to the Lord is like a thousand years, and a thousand years as a day.

9 The Lord does not delay his promise, although some take it late; but he is long-suffering towards us, not wanting some to get lost, but that everyone will repent.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief by night; in which the heavens will pass with a great crash, and the elements will burn, and the earth and the works in it will be burned.

11 Therefore, when all these things should perish, what people should you be in holy treatment and piety,

12 Waiting and hastening for the coming of the day of God, when the heavens will melt in fire, and the elements, burning, will melt?

13 But we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

14 Therefore, beloved, looking for these things, seek that you be found immaculate and blameless in peace.

15 And have the patience of our Lord for salvation; just as our beloved brother Paul wrote to you, according to the wisdom that was given him;

16 Speaking of this, as in all his epistles, among which there are difficult points to understand, which the unlearned and inconstant are twisting, and likewise the other Scriptures, to their own perdition.

17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, beware that, by the deception of abominable men, you are caught up together, and fall from your steadfastness;

18 Rather, grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To him be given the glory, just now, as in the day of eternity. Amen.

The truth is that Jesus is returning to many people in the world and now, because of the corona virus, we are realizing this more vehemently: And I ask myself: - Did they hear the Gospel during the course of their lives? Did you have a family member who gave good testimony? Someone who has shown them the way of hope? Some I think so, however, not all ... You know, our lives are not limited to this world, to the few years of life we have and yes, what we planted in this path. Above all, it consists of deciding where to go after leaving this tabernacle as the Bible says. And along this path, plant good seeds that bear good fruit. And what are we doing to change this reality? Our ministry begins with our family ... What has been our character and testimony within our families, in the neighborhood, at work, on the course, at school or colleges? Have we spoken of the love of the Eternal who through Jesus reached us? Are we being a channel of blessing for someone? Do we help others in what we can? Are we caring, loving, forgiving, responsible?

Have you been saved? Was it washed, rescued, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb?

Preach the Gospel! That is Jesus' order! You are a living witness of Jesus Christ! Live Letter!

Talk about that love. Even if you don't know how to speak, have attitudes consistent with your faith!

Start somehow: demonstrating, speaking, physically, on social networks. In this pandemic period, when we cannot visit or meet with people, social media has been a vast field of preaching the Gospel! A great opportunity to spread the Kingdom of the Eternal and his love. Let go of shame, pride, guilt and sadness, selfishness, the feeling of inability.

Allow yourself to be an instrument in the hands of the Creator!

I discovered a while ago, that it doesn't need to be all right in your life, for you to preach the Gospel: even in the face of your struggles, adversities, trials, affronts and deserts ... The Eternal works and uses his suffering to help others ... because he only understands and develops empathy, whoever passes by.

I beseech you, brothers, to become like me, for I have become like you. You have offended me in no way;

as you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to them.

Although my illness was a trial for you, you did not treat me with contempt or disdain; on the contrary, they received me as if I were an angel of God, like Christ Jesus himself.

What happened to your joy? I am sure that, if it were possible, you would have taken out your own eyes to give them to me.

Did I become your enemy by telling you the truth?

Galatians 4: 12-16

Jesus after being resurrected talking to Peter on the beach He asked Peter three times: Pedro do you love me? And Jesus replied: Peter, take care of my sheep ...

This call does not need a post, it is the role of everyone who believes! All who profess to have faith in Jesus!

And the Word of the Eternal warns us:

 Timothy 4: 1-7

1 I therefore charge you before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead, at his coming and in his kingdom,

2 That you preach the word, urge in time and out of time, remarks, rebukes, exhortations, with all long-suffering and doctrine.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, having itching in their ears, doctors will pile up for themselves according to their own lusts;

4 And they will turn their ears away from the truth, returning to fables.

5 But you, be sober in everything, suffer the afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

6 For I am already being offered by the sprinkling of sacrifice, and the time for my departure is near.

7 I fought the good fight, I finished my career, I kept the faith.

My wish is that you will at all times be an instrument in the hands of the Creator for the advancement of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ because, he is returning ...
