Freedom of thought is located in items IV, VI, VII, VIII and IX of art. 5 of the Federal Constitution.
In fact, the texts of these paragraphs are as follows:
IV - "the manifestation of thought is free, and anonymity is forbidden;
VI - freedom of conscience and belief is inviolable, and the free exercise of religious worship is ensured and the protection of places of worship and their liturgies guaranteed by law;
VII - under the terms of the law, the provision of religious assistance in civil and military entities of collective hospitalization;
VIII - no one shall be deprived of rights by reason of religious belief or philosophical or political conviction unless he invokes them to exonerate himself from any legal obligation imposed upon him and refuse to perform alternative service, as provided by law;
IX - the expression of intellectual, artistic, scientific and communication activity is free, regardless of censorship or license ";
. Regarding the latter, it cites art. 206, II of the Constitution which provides:
"Art. 206. The teaching shall be delivered on the basis of the following principles:
(...) II - freedom to learn, teach, research and disseminate thought, art and knowledge ";

1. It is MAN SECOND II THESSALONIANS 2: 3 Let no man deceive you by any means; Because it will not be so unless apostasy comes first, and the man of sin, the son of perdition,
THERE WILL BE APOSTASY, OR BE ABANDONED OF BELIEF.
2. TRUMP, HE HAS A VILLE, FIERCE. HOW IS WRITTEN IN DANIEL 8:23
23 But at the end of his reign, when the transgressors are finished, a king shall arise, fierce with countenance, and shall be understood in divinations.
TO BE UNDERSTANDED IN ADVANCEMENTS CAN DETONATE TO BE A KNOWN PERSON OF PROPHECIES AND SPIRITUAL VALUES. BE EVANGELICAL, FOR EXAMPLE.
3. HE HAS ENTERED INTO POLITICS, WITHOUT GOING UP THE TAGS AS OTHERS DO. THEY DID HAPPY. IT HAD NO POLITICAL LIFE, IT DID NOT SUFFER TO THE FEW IN POLITICAL CHARGES. AS IT IS WRITTEN IN DANIEL 11:21 Then shall a vile man rise up in his stead, to whom they have not given the royal dignity; But he will come quietly, and will take the kingdom with deceit.
4. DO NOT COME IN WOMEN, OR BE, DO NOT RESPECT IT. IT IS GROSS WITHOUT DELICACY WITH THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO HAVING INVOLVED A LOT OF SCANDALS INVOLVING DISREGARDS TO WOMEN.
DANIEL 11:37 And he shall have no respect to the Lord of his fathers, neither shall he respect the love of the women, nor any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
5. HE IS A MAN OF UNDERSTANDING AND CAN DECEIVE ... IT IS POLITICAL! THAT SECOND DANIEL 8:24 And his power shall be strengthened, but not by his own strength; And he shall marvelously destroy, and prosper, and do whatever he pleases; And destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And by his understanding he shall also cause the deceit to prosper in his hand; And in his heart he shall magnify himself, and he shall destroy the many living in safety; And shall rise up against the prince of princes, but without hand shall be broken.
6. DEMONSTRATE HAVING A CONCERN WITH ISRAEL, HOWEVER, ONCE THE TIME WILL REVEAL YOUR TRUE INTENTION. AND IN HIS CAMPAIGN MADE PROMISES TO ISRAEL ...
DANIEL 11:16 He that shall come against him shall do according to his will, and no man shall be able to stand before him; And shall be in the glorious land, and by his hand shall be destruction.
Daniel 8:24 And his power shall be strengthened, but not by his own strength; And he shall marvelously destroy, and prosper, and do whatever he pleases; And destroy the mighty and the holy people.

II THESSALONIANS 2: 1-14
The coming of YESHUA will be preceded by manifestations of the Antichrist
1 Pray, brethren, we beseech you, by the coming of our Lord YESHUA, and by our meeting with him,
2 That ye be not easily moved out of your mind, neither be dismayed, either by spirit or by word, or by epistle, as by us, as if the day of YESHUA were near.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means; Because it will not be so unless apostasy comes first, and the man of sin, the son of perdition,
4 Who opposeth, and riseth up against all that is called YHWH, or worships; So that he will sit, as YHWH, in the temple of YHWH, willing to appear YHWH.
5 Do you not remember that these things were saying to you while I was yet with you?
6 And now ye know that which is over him, that he may be made manifest in his own time.
7 For the mystery of lawlessness worketh; There is only one who now resists until the middle is taken away;
8 And then shall the wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall melt by the breath of his mouth, and he shall utterly destroy for the splendor of his coming;
9 To him whose coming is according to the efficacy of Satan, with all power, and signs and wonders of lying,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness to them that perish, because they received not the love of the truth to be saved.
11 And therefore shall YHWH send to them the working of the error, that they may believe the lie;
12 So that all who did not believe the truth might be judged, but had pleasure in iniquity.
13 But we must always give thanks to God for you, brethren beloved of the LORD, because YHWH hath chosen you from the beginning to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit, and faith of the truth;
14 To him who called you by our gospel, that you might obtain the glory of our Lord YESHUA.
Daniel 8: 23-27
23 But at the end of his reign, when the transgressors are finished, a king shall arise, fierce with countenance, and shall be understood in divinations.
24 And his power shall be strengthened, but not by his own strength; And he shall marvelously destroy, and prosper, and do whatever he pleases; And destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And by his understanding he shall also cause the deceit to prosper in his hand; And in his heart he shall magnify himself, and he shall destroy the many living in safety; And shall rise up against the prince of princes, but without hand shall be broken.
26 And the vision of the evening and of the morning which was spoken is true. You, however, close the vision, because it refers to days far away.
27 And I, Daniel, were weak, and I was sick a few days; Then I arose and dealt with the king's business. And I was amazed at the vision, and there was none to understand it.
DANIEL 9:27
25 Know and understand: from the going forth of the commandment to restore, and to build Jerusalem, even unto the Messiah the prince, there shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks; The streets and the wall will be rebuilt, but in distressful times.
26 And after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah shall be cut off, but not for himself; And the people of the prince, who shall come, shall destroy the city and the sanctuary, and its end shall be with a flood; And to the end there shall be war; The desolations are determined.
27 And he shall make a covenant with many for a week; And in the middle of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease; And upon the wing of abominations the desolate shall come, and unto the consummation; And that which is determined shall be poured out upon the desolate.
DANIEL 11:
The Persian-Persian empire will be destroyed by the king of Greece: the kingdom will be divided into four. War between the king of the south and the king of the north
1 I therefore, in the first year of Darius, fear, I arose to cheer him up and strengthen him.
2 And now will I declare unto thee the truth, Behold, three kings shall be in Persia, and the fourth shall gather great riches more than all; And, becoming strong, by his riches, will raise up all against the kingdom of Greece.
3 And there shall arise a mighty king, who shall reign with great dominion, and do what he pleases.
4 But when he is standing, his kingdom shall be broken, and it shall be divided unto the four winds of heaven; But not for his posterity, nor for his dominion with which he reigned: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, and it shall pass over to them other than them.
5 And the king of the south shall be strong; But one of his princes shall be mightier than he, and shall reign mightily; Your domain will be great.
6 But at the end of a few years they shall be allies; And the daughter of the king of the south shall come to the king of the north to make a treaty; But she will not retain the strength of her arm; Neither shall he endure, nor his arm, for she shall be delivered, and them that have brought her, and her father, and that which strengthened her in those days.
7 But of one branch of it shall one arise in his place, and shall come with the host, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall work against them, and shall prevail.
8 And their gods with their molten images, with their precious objects of silver and gold, shall carry captives into Egypt; And for some years he will persist against the king of the north.
9 And the king of the south shall enter into the kingdom, and return to his own land.
10 But his sons will intervene and gather a multitude of great forces; And he shall come and hurry and flood, and pass on; And he shall return, and return to his fortress.
11 And the king of the south shall be exasperated, and shall go out, and shall fight against him against the king of the north; He shall put a great multitude in the field, and the multitude shall be delivered into his hand.
12 The multitude shall be taken away, and their heart shall be lifted up; But he will overthrow many thousands, yet he will not prevail.
13 For the king of the north shall return, and set in the field a multitude greater than the first, and at the end of time, that is, of years, shall come in haste with a great army, and with much riches.
14 And in those days many shall rise up against the king of the south; And the violent among your people shall rise up to fulfill the vision, but they shall fall.
15 And the king of the north shall come, and shall set up ramparts, and take the strong city; And the arms of the south will not be able to withstand, nor his chosen people, for there will be no strength to resist.
16 Whoever therefore shall come against him shall do according to his will, and no man shall be able to stand before him; And shall be in the glorious land, and by his hand shall be destruction.
17 And he shall turn his face to come with the might of all his kingdom, and with him the upright, so shall he do; And will give him a daughter of the wives, to corrupt her; But it shall not stand, neither shall it be for him.
18 And he shall turn his face toward the isles, and shall take many; But a prince shall cause his reproach to cease against him, and he shall bring his reproach upon him.
19 And his face shall turn to the strongholds of his own land, but he shall stumble, and fall, and shall not be found.
20 And in his place shall he raise up, who shall cause a collector to pass for the glory of the kingdom; But in a few days he will be broken, and this without wrath and without battle.
21 And there shall arise in his place a vile man, to whom they have not given the royal dignity; But he will come quietly, and will take the kingdom with deceit.
22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be swept away from before him; And they shall be broken, and the prince of the covenant.
23 And after the covenant with him he shall use deceit; And he will go up and become strong with little people.
24 And he shall come also to the most fruitful places of the province, and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, and the fathers of his fathers; He shall divide the prey and the spoil and the goods among them, and shall design his designs against the strongholds, but for a time.
25 And he will raise up his strength and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; And the king of the south will be involved in the war with a great and very powerful army; But will not stand, because they will plot against him.
26 And they that eat their food shall destroy it; And his army shall be smitten, and many dead shall fall.
27 And these two kings shall have their hearts intent to do evil, and they shall speak falsehood to one table; But this shall not prosper, for he shall yet see the end in the appointed time.
28 And he shall return to his land with many possessions, and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; And he will do what he pleases, and return to his own land.
29 At the appointed time he shall return toward the south; But it will not be the last time as it was at first.
30 For the ships of Kittim shall come against him, and they shall cause him sorrow; And he shall return, and be angry with the holy covenant, and do whatever he pleases; He will return and attend to those who have forsaken the holy covenant.
31 And arms shall be laid upon him, and they shall defile the sanctuary and the fortress, and shall take away the continual sacrifice, and establish a desolate abomination.
32 And he that transgressors of the covenant shall pervert with flatteries, but the people that know their God shall be strong and do mighty deeds.
33 And the learned among the people shall teach many; But they shall fall by the sword, and by the fire, and by the captivity, and by the theft, for many days.
34 And when they fall, they shall be helped with little help; But many shall join themselves to them with flatteries.
35 And some of the wise shall fall, that they may be tried, and purified, and made white, even unto the end of time, because it shall yet be for a time appointed.
36 And this king shall do according to his will, and shall arise, and magnify himself above every god; And against the God of the gods he shall speak great things, and be prosperous, until the wrath is completed; Because what is determined will be done.
37 And he shall have no regard for the God of his fathers, nor respect the love of women, nor any god: for he shall magnify himself above all things.
38 But in his place he shall honor a god of might; And a god whom his fathers knew not, he shall honor with gold, and with silver, and with precious stones, and with pleasant things.
39 With the help of a strange god will he act against the mighty fortresses; To those who recognize it, it will multiply honor, and make them reign over many, and divide the land for a price.
40 And at the end of time the king of the south shall fight with him, and the king of the north shall rise against him with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; And shall enter into their land, and flood them, and pass away.
41 And he shall enter the glorious land, and many countries shall fall, but these shall escape out of his hand: Edom and Moab, and the princes of the children of Ammon.
42 And he shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
43 And he shall lay hold upon the treasures of gold and silver, and all the precious things of Egypt; And the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall follow him.
44 But the rumors of the east and the north shall make him afraid; And shall go forth with great fury, to destroy and to cut off the many.
45 And he shall pitch the tents of his palace between the great sea and the holy and glorious mount; But it shall come to an end, and there shall be none to help him.
DANIEL 12: 1-3
The last times: the sealed words
1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince, that standeth up for the children of thy people, and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation unto this time; But at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that is found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall rise, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the firmament; And those who teach many to righteousness, as the stars always and forever.

WHO IS YOUR HEART ATTACHED?
YOUR HEART IS PRESSED TO RICHES
ARE YOU CLASSIFIED TO THINGS MATERIALS?
MATTHEW 6: 19-21
The treasure in heaven - The pure eye - The two lords - The anxious solicitude for our life
19 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures in the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break in and steal;
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
AND THE treasures in heaven, ABOVE CITED ARE SPIRITUAL VALUES ...
MATTHEW 19: 23-28
23 And YESHUA said to his disciples, Verily I say unto you, It is difficult for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say to you, that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of YHWH.
25 When his disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished, saying, Who then can be saved?
26 And YESHUA looked upon them, and said unto them, It is impossible with men, but with YHWH all things are possible.
27 And Peter answered and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; What will we receive?
28 And YESHUA said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which followed me, when the Son of man shall sit upon the throne of his glory in the regeneration, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29 And whosoever hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.
30 But many first shall be last, and many last shall be first.
Luke 16: 1-13
Parable of the unfaithful steward
1 And he said to his disciples, There was a certain rich man, who had a steward; And he was accused before him of dissipating his goods.
2 And when he had called him, he said unto him, What is this that I hear of thee? Give an account of your stewardship, for you can no longer be my steward.
3 And the steward said unto himself, What shall I do, for my lord taketh away my stewardship? Dig, I can not; To beg, I'm ashamed.
4 I know what I am about to do, so that when I am dispossessed of stewardship, they will welcome me into their homes.
5 And he called every one of the debtors of his LORD, and said to the first, How much do you owe my lord?
6 And he said, A hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy burden, and sit down, write fifty.
7 Then he said to another, "And you, how much do you owe? And he answered, A hundred bushels of wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy charge, and write eighty.
8 And the lord commended the unjust steward for having acted wisely, for the children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light.
9 And I say to you, Make friends with the riches of unrighteousness; That when they fail you, they may receive you into the everlasting tabernacles.
10 He that is faithful in the least is faithful also in much; Whoever is unjust in the least, is also unjust in much.
11 For if you have not been faithful in unrighteous wealth, who will entrust you with the true riches?
12 And if you have not been faithful, who will give you what is yours?
13 No servant can serve two masters; Because either he will hate one and love the other, or he will come to one and despise the other. You can not serve YHWH and Mammon.
Note: Mammon is a term, derived from the Bible, used to describe material wealth or covetousness, most often, but not always, personified as a deity. The very word is a transliteration of the Hebrew word "Mammon" (מָמוֹן), which literally means "money."

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
HAVE YOU ALREADY ASKED?
WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE IN THE WORLD?
CERTAIN THERE IS SOME ...
IF YOU STILL DO NOT KNOW, YOU MUST DISCOVER ...
EVERYTHING IS EQUAL TO ALL MEN. EVERYBODY CAME FROM POWDER AND, TO THE POW WILL RETURN AND THERE WILL NOT BE LEFT WITH IT. HOWEVER, WOULD IT ONLY BE ENJOYED WELL OF THIS EARTH THEIR REAL PURPOSE?
IT WILL MEET WHAT YOUR EYES COVE, WHAT DOES YOU WANT IN YOUR INTIMATE?
WHAT MONEY CAN PROVIDE YOU OR THE WORK OF YOUR HANDS, MOMENTANALLY, OR SOMETHING VERY SO FAR ...
I BELIEVE THAT ITS PURPOSE UNDER THE SACRED SCRIPTURES, GOES BEYOND A BRIEF TIME HERE ON EARTH. AND WHAT LEGACY ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE, WHAT?
ECCLESIASTES 3: 18-22
18 I said in my heart, as to the condition of the sons of men, that YHWH would prove them, so that they might see that they are in themselves like animals.
19 For what happens to the children of men, even so also happens to animals, and the same thing happens to them; As one dies, so dies the other; And all have the same breath, and the advantage of men over animals is none, for all are vanity.
20 All go to one place; All were made of dust, and all shall return to dust.
21 Who knoweth that the breath of man goeth upward, and that the breath of the beasts goeth down from the earth?
22 So I have seen that there is nothing better than to rejoice over a man in his works, for that is his portion; For who will bring him back to see what will be after him?
ECCLESIASTES 9: 8-10
The same things happen to the just and unjust - Let us enjoy the goods that YHWH gives us
8 Let your garments be white at all times, and let not the oil be upon your head.
9 Rejoice with the woman whom you love, all the days of your idle life, which God has given you under the sun all the days of your vanity; For this is your portion in this life, and in your work, which you have done under the sun.
10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do according to thy strength: for in the grave, whither thou goest, there is neither work nor design, nor knowledge, nor wisdom.
ECCLESIASTES 1: 1-18
The vanity of all things earthly
1 The words of the preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.
2 Vanity of vanities, says the preacher, vanity of vanities! All is vanity.
3 What is the profit of man, of all his labor, which he laboreth under the sun?
4 One generation goes, and another generation cometh; But the earth remains forever.
5 The sun rises, and the sun sets, and it rushes and returns to its place from where it was born.
6 The wind goes south, and it turns northward; Continuously turning the wind, and back doing its circuits.
7 All the rivers go into the sea, and yet the sea is not full; To the place where the rivers go, and there they run.
8 All things are laborious; Man can not express it; The eyes are not satisfied with seeing, neither are the ears filled with hearing.
9 That which was, that is that which shall be; And what has been done will be done; So that there is nothing new under the sun.
10 There is something that can be said: See, is this new? Already in the past centuries, which were before us.
11 There is no remembrance of the things that were before, and of the things that shall be theirs also there shall be no remembrance among them that shall come after.
12 I, the preacher, was king over Israel in Jerusalem.
13 And I applied my heart to search, and to inform me with wisdom of all that is under heaven; This boring occupation gave YHWH to the sons of men to exercise in them.
14 I have considered all the works that are done under the sun, and, behold, all is vanity and affliction of spirit.
15 That which is crooked can not be made straight; What is lacking can not be calculated.
16 I have spoken with my heart, saying, Behold, I magnified myself, and have increased all that were before me at Jerusalem in wisdom; And my heart was full of wisdom and knowledge.
17 And I applied my heart to know wisdom and to know the folly and folly, and I came to know that this also was an affliction of the spirit.
18 For in much wisdom is much anger; And what increases in knowledge increases in pain.
ALREADY EXPERIENCED THE LACK OF LIGHT IN YOUR HOME?
IT'S BAD IS NOT IT? I CAN NOT ENERGIZE ANYTHING, I TROUBLE EVERYTHING. WHEN WE ARE IN THE DARK, WE GIVE THE DUE VALUE TO THE LIGHT. WE SEE THAT THE LIGHT IS GOOD! AND HOW MUCH DOES US! SO IS IT ALSO, IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD. DO NOT LIVE IN TREVAS. APPROACH THE LIGHT THAT IS IN THE SON OF THE ETERNAL, YESHUA.
JOHN 8
YESHUA's speech on his mission
12 And again he spake unto them, saying, I am the light of the world; He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
MATTHEW 5: 13-16
The disciples are the salt of the earth and the light of the world
(Mark 9: 49-50 Lk 14: 34-35)
13 You are the salt of the earth; And if the salt is tasteless, wherewith shall it be salted? It is for naught but to be cast out, and to be trodden down by men.
14 You are the light of the world; A city built on a hill can not be hidden;
15 Neither does it light up And put it under the bushel, but on the night stand, and give light to all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
AND REMEMBER...
I TIMOTHY 6: 6-7
The duties of the servants
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we have brought nothing into this world, and it is manifest that we can take nothing from it.
17 Command the rich of this world not to be haughty, nor to put hope in the uncertainty of riches, but in YHWH, who abundantly gives us all things to enjoy them;
18 Let them do good, be rich in good works, share in goodness, and be communicable;
19 That they lay up for themselves a good foundation for the future, that they may obtain eternal life.

14 You are the light of the world; A city built on a hill can not be hidden;
17 Command the rich of this world not to be haughty, nor to put hope in the uncertainty of riches, but in YHWH, who abundantly gives us all things to enjoy them;
18 Let them do good, be rich in good works, share in goodness, and be communicable;
19 That they lay up for themselves a good foundation for the future, that they may obtain eternal life.

YHWH in the Bible
The Jewish Encyclopedia says
that the Tetragrammaton appears 5,410 times in the Bible, with the following
frequency in the books according to the division of the Hebrew Bible: Genesis
153, Exodus 364; Leviticus 285, Deuteronomy 230 (1,419 times in the Torah /
Pentateuch); Joshua 170; Judges 158, Samuel 423, Kings 467, Isaiah 367, Jeremiah
555, Ezekiel 211, minor prophets 345 (2,696 times in the 'prophets'); Samos
645, Proverbs 87, Job 31, Ruth 16, Lamentations 32, Daniel 7, Ezra and Nehemiah
31, Chronicles 446 (1,295 times in the 'Writings').
The bible was written using 3
different languages: Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.
All the texts of the New
Testament, written from Jesus Christ, were written in Greek. All the books of
the Hebrew Bible, which make up the Old Testament in the Protestant Bible, were
written in Hebrew and Aramaic. There are few texts in Aramaic: We have a verse
in Genesis (31,47), a verse in Jeremiah (10,11), part of Daniel (2,4 - 7,28),
and two pericopes in Ezra (4: 6,18, 7,12-26). There are also studies that
support the Aramaic as the original language of Tobias and the Gospel of
Matthew, but there are several doubts about this.
When was the first translation
of the Bible made in Brazil and by whom?
You ask for the first
translation of the Bible in Brazil. And the person who performed it. Perhaps
the question in your mind is whether the English of the original languages,
Hebrew, and Greek was translated into Portuguese. For looking at the literature
on the subject we find the translation of the Bible into Latin, the translation
of the Bible into German, into French, etc. Each of these translations served many
countries, so the Bible translated into German would serve Germany, Austria and
Switzerland. And translated into Portuguese for Portugal and its colonies
(Brazil, Mozambique, Angola, etc.). But I will answer your question that is for
the first translation of the Bible in Brazil. The others that emerge from this
may be a subject for other answers. Brazil, for having been a Portuguese colony
until 1822, did not create sizeable initiatives to have its own Portuguese
Bible. One because there were no other typographies because there was no need,
because the Bible used was the so-called Vulgate in Latin, so few had access.
First translations of the Vulgate Text (in Latin) and parts of the New
Testament In Brazil the translation path was slow, the authors used texts
already translated from the original languages into Latin, were partial, that
is, parts of the Bible and concentrated in the New Testament. Due to the lack
of typography the texts were printed in Portugal. The refugee bishop of
Coimbra, Joaquim of Our Lady of Nazareth was the first to engage in this task,
translating the New Testament into Portuguese from the Vulgate. Its publication
occurred in São Luiz in Maranhão in 1847 and the complete text was printed in
Portugal in the year 1875. In the year 1879 occurred another initiative of the
Society of Religious and Moral Literature that publishes a revision in the New
Testament of the Bible of Almeida. This work was carried out by José Manoel
Garcia, the pastor M. P. B. de Carvalhosa and the pastor Alexandre Latimer
Blackford. In 1898 the book of the Psalms was translated by F. R. dos Santos
Saraiva, with the title Harp of Israel. Translations of the New Testament: The
initiation of translation and publication of a Gospel in a harmonious way
happens with Duarte Leopoldo e Silva. A New Testament (Gospels and Acts) with
French translation in 1904 was held by the College of the Immaculate
Conception, Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. Franciscan Fathers of Petropolis in Rio
de Janeiro begin the translation of the Bible from the Vulgate in the years
1902 and completed in 1909. New Testament translation of the original Greek.
(First partial translation of the Bible from the original texts.) In 1909 Fr
Santana translates the Gospel of Matthew directly from the original Greek text.
This work is considered to be the first partial translation of the original
English language Bible by a Catholic priest, although it was supported in the
text of the Vulgate Bible. Other translations: - The scholar J. L. Asuncion
translates the New Testament from the Vulgate in 1917. - In the year 1923, J.
Basílio Pereira translates the text of the New Testament and the Psalms with
reference to the Latin text of the Vulgate. - In the year 1930 Hubert Rohden
translates the New Testament which was published by the Crusade of the Good
Press. The New Testament of the New International Version is published in the
year 1933. Pastor Baptist Fridolin Janzen translates the New Testament into
Portuguese in 2005 The first complete translation of the Bible in Brazil. It's
been 20 years of work. It was a translation of the Bible that not only counted
on theologians, such as H. C. Tucker, William Cabell Brown, Eduardo Carlos
Pereira, but also with scholars such as Ruy Barbosa, José Veríssimo and
Virgílio Várzea. Beginning in 1902 the first two Gospels were published in
1904. The text of the Gospels and the book of the Acts of the Apostles were
published in 1906, and the New Testament was completed only in 1910, thus
nearly 10 years after its beginning. The complete Bible was published in 1917,
the translation being quite literal in relation to the original texts. Bibles
printed in Brazil. (Bibles and publishers go together) - In 1948 the first
printing of a Bible in Brazil was A Almeida Revista e Corrigida - Editora
Paulinas published from 1950 to 1990, the Bible translated from Latin Vulgate
by Portuguese priest Mattos Soares. - In 1959 is published the call Bible Ave
Maria, that is a translation of the monks Meredsous in Portuguese. It has been
translated from the French version published in Belgium. - In 1963 appears the
New World Translation Bible of the Holy Scriptures is a translation of the
Bible made by Jehovah's Witnesses. In 1967, the Baptists published the Bible
through the Brazilian Biblical Press and Juerp. - In 1976 the Bible of
Jerusalem is published, by the Pauline Editions. With translations and
translated comments of the Bible from Jerusalem in French and with revision in
2002. - In 1982 the Bible Vozes is published, by the Vozes publishing house. - In
1983 is published the Bible Message of God by the editions Loyola. - In 1988
The Bible is published in Today's Language. - In 1990 the Pastoral Edition is
published. Coordinated by theologian Ivo Storniolo, it is a translation in tune
with the theology of liberation, being turned to the use of the laity. - The
Bible TEB appears in 1997, being an Ecumenical Bible Translation work done by a
commission Catholic, Protestant and Jewish - In 2001, the CNBB produced a
translation of the Bible with the collaboration of seven publishers. - In 2007
the Bible Almeida Século 21 is published, a partnership between the Brazilian
Biblical Press / Juerp, Editora Hagnos and Editora Atos.
What is the first great
translation of the Bible and by whom was it made?
The first translation of the
Bible was done in Greek and is said to be LXX (Seventy), or Septuagint,
performed by 70 elders of Jerusalem at Alexandria, Egypt. It is, however, a
translation only of the Old Testament, for it was made even before Christ: a
translation from Hebrew into Greek. In fact the Old Testament was written in
Hebrew.
We know its history thanks
mainly to the well-known Letter of Aristeia. This text recounts how Demetrius
Falero, a librarian of the famous Alexandria library in Egypt (founded 331 BC
by Alexander the Great), asked that a copy of the Law of the Jews be given to
his library, which was very famous and had 700,000 volumes. It is important to
underline the influence that the Jews had in Alexandria, in the third century
before Christ, in the time of the Ptolemies. Five blocks from the city, two
were inhabited by them. And, from the legal point of view, the Hebrews formed
an autonomous entity, governed by an ethnarch, with the court itself.
We do not know very well when
the translation of the Hebrew Bible began. Some say that this happened when, in
275 BC, Ptolemy II Philadelphus decided to reformulate the legal system of the
state, encompassing in it the minor ethnicities. The truth is that the king
accepted the request of the librarian and made the request to the High Priest
of Jerusalem, who sent 72 elders, 6 of each tribe, in charge of making the
translation. Each of the translators began work and, in the end, produced an
identical version of the Torah (the Pentateuch) in Greek. The other books were
translated successively.
This translation is so
important that it is often argued even about its inspiration, that is, some
retains that its text is inspired by God (Justin, Irenaeus, Clement of
Alexandria, Cyril of Jerusalem, and recently Fr. Benoit, P. Grelot). The
arguments for such a thesis are:
1) The Greek version is a
direct and providential preparation for the composition of the New Testament in
Greek;
2) Several passages of LXX are
not simply a translation but represent a progress and an evolution of the
Hebrew text;
3) Some texts of the original
Hebrew were lost and we know them only in the Greek version.
An important translation was
made by Jerome in the fourth century: the Vulgate. It is the translation of the
entire Latin Bible, custom made by Pope Damaso I to be the official text of the
Church. In fact, this text became, until the Second Vatican Council, the text
used in the liturgy of the Catholic Church. This text superseded other extant
Latin versions (Vetus latina), which did not have an official character.
In Portuguese, the first
translation was made by João Ferreira de Almeida, in 1753.

Baal (in Hebrew: בַּעַל)
is a Semitic word [lack of sources] that means Lord or Lord. The root of the
word means he governs or he possesses, whence comes the literal meaning of lord
or lord, and also of husband. Baal, with the definite article, Baal, [2] was
the name of the main male god of the Phoenicians [1] [2] and Carthaginians, [2]
and appears in the Bible in the plural, as Baalim. Baal is identified as
Moloch. [1] [2]

the name of the city or region where it was worshiped (Numbers 25: 5). In honor
of BAAL were erected pillars of stones, which served as objects of worship (2
