EZEKIEL 38: 1-23
Prophecy against Gog
1 The word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2 Son of man, set your face against Gog = ROSH

10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; And it shall come to pass in that day, that words shall come up in thine heart, and thou shalt do evil deeds,
11 And thou shalt say, I will go up against the land of the uninhabited villages; I will come against those who are at rest, who dwell in safety; All of them dwell without a wall, and have no bars or gates;
12 To take the spoil, and to take away the prey, and to turn your hand against the desolate lands which are now inhabited, and against the people that gathered themselves of the nations, which bought cattle and possessions, and dwelleth in the Middle of the earth.
13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young ones, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take the spoil? Have you gathered your multitude to snatch your prey? To carry silver and gold, to take the cattle and the goods, to plunder the great spoil?
14 Therefore prophesy, thou son of man, and say unto Gog, (CURSE RUSSIA) Thus saith the Lord YHWH: Shall thou not know it in that day, when my people Israel dwell in safety?
15 And thou shalt come from thy place, from the north side, thou, and many peoples with thee, all mounted on horses, a great company, and a mighty army,
16 And thou shalt come up against my people Israel, as a cloud, to cover the earth. In the last days it shall come to pass that I will bring thee into my land, that the Gentiles may know me, when I have sanctified myself in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art not thou the one of whom I said in the old days, through my servants, the prophets of Israel, which in those days prophesied many years, that he would bring thee against them?
18 And it shall come to pass in that day, in the day that Gog (RUSSIA) shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord YHWH, that my wrath shall come up before me.
19 For I have said in my zeal, in the fire of my wrath, that there shall certainly be a great trembling in that day upon the land of Israel;
20 And the fish of the sea, and the fowl of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all the creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall tremble before me. And the mountains shall be laid down, and the precipices shall be desolate, and all the walls shall fall to the ground.
21 For I will call upon him the sword upon all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD; The sword of each will turn against his brother.
22 And I will contend with him by the pestilence and the blood; And a flood, and great stones of hail, and fire, and brimstone, I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the multitude that are with him.
23 And I will magnify myself and sanctify myself, and will make myself known in the sight of many nations; And they shall know that I am the LORD.
EZEKIEL 39: 1-29
1 Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy against Gog (CURRENT RUSSIA), and say, Thus saith the Lord YHWH, Behold, I am against thee, O Gog (CURRENT RUSSIA), prince and chief of Meshech and of Tubal. (CURRENT RUSSIA).

5 You shall fall on the face of the field, for I have spoken it, says the Lord YHWH.
6 And I will send a fire upon Magog (CURRENT RUSSIA) and among those who dwell safely on the isles; And they shall know that I am the LORD.
7 And I will make known my holy name in the midst of my people Israel, and I will never again let my holy name be profaned; And the Gentiles shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
8 Behold, it is come, and it shall be fulfilled, saith the Lord YHWH; This is the day that I have spoken.
9 And the inhabitants of the cities of Israel shall go out, and kindle the fire, and burn the weapons, and the shields, and the rings, and the bows, and the arrows, and the rods, and the spears; And they shall kindle a fire with them for seven years.
10 And they shall not bring in the wood of the field, nor cut it out of the woods, but with the weapons they shall kindle a fire; And they shall plunder them that robbed them, and they shall spoil them that spoiled them, saith the Lord YHWH.
11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give there to Gog (CURRENT RUSSIA) a place of burial in Israel, the valley of them that pass by the east of the sea; And those who pass by will stop. 22 And the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord YHWH from that day forward.
23 And the Gentiles shall know that those of the house of Israel, because of their iniquity, were carried away captive; for they rebelled against me, and I hid my face from them, and delivered them into the hands of their adversaries; sword.
24 According to their uncleanness, and according to their transgressions, he dealt with me, and hid my face from them.
25 Therefore thus saith the Lord YHWH, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob, and I will have mercy upon all the house of Israel; I will watch over my holy name.
26 And they shall bear their shame, and all their transgression, wherewith they have rebelled against me, when they dwell safely in their land, and there is none to make them afraid.
27 When I bring them again from among the peoples, and gather them out of the lands of their enemies, and I shall be sanctified in them in the sight of many nations,
28 And they shall know that I am the LORD, seeing that I have brought them captive among the heathen, and will gather them to return to their land, and I will leave none of them any more.
29 And I will not hide my face from them; for I will pour out my spirit upon the house of Israel, says the Lord YHWH.
Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 report this Russian invasion of Israel. Chapter 38: 1-2 says that YHWH will be against the invading nations.
1. The Invaders:
