One of the ways we can prepare for Christ's return is by abiding in Him. When we abide in Christ, we live in relationship with Him. We do this by spending time with Jesus in prayer, reading His Word, obeying His commandments, and trusting Him for the strength to do this. Jesus is our source of love, power, faith, and wisdom: everything we need to live a life that honors Him. When we abide in Christ we are able to bear good fruit in our lives, but apart from Him we can do nothing (John 15:5).
Although our salvation is not based on our works but is a free gift to those who believe (Ephesians 2:8-9), it is important to remember that one day we will be judged according to our faithfulness. We will be rewarded according to how we serve God with the opportunities and days He has graciously given us, and each of us will give an account of his life (1 Corinthians 3:10-15). We will be rewarded in heaven at the judgment seat of Christ according to how we live our lives (see Romans 14:10; 2 Corinthians 5:10).
Knowing that one day we will be held accountable for how we used our talents, time, and the opportunities Christ has given us, we should be motivated to live each day to the full. Then, when Christ appears, we will have confidence in what He has produced in our lives. We know how incapable we are of producing good fruit by our own effort and strength. However, as we trust Jesus, abiding in Him and His Word, He will work in us to do what pleases God. We must simply ask Him for it.
Prayer
Dear God, help me to choose to remain in You every day for my whole life. Help me to bear good fruit for You and to honor You with the talents, time, and opportunities You have given me. Until that glorious day of his return, I pray, come, Lord Jesus, come. Amen.

SATAN KNOWS HOW TO PLAY AS AN ANGEL OF LIGHT TO DECEIVE...
#odiabosedisfarçaemanjodeluz #abandoneoengano

are familiar with Satan's tricks and know that God's Word is the way to defeat him every time. What a treasure of armor, power and strength the Word of God gives us. He has not really left us to overcome “the wiles of the devil,” but has fully equipped us. The devil cannot resist the Word of God.
Of course, this
pisses him off, because we know that Satan would be happier if we completely disregarded God's Word. There isn't a word there that he's glad we know. But it's a good exercise to think about it anyway and think of verses that have been a special weapon for us.
📌
The devil doesn't want us to know the truth about him.
“Resist the devil, and he will flee from you!” James 4:7.
“And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen." Romans 16:20.
“The thief comes only to steal, to kill, and to destroy; I came that they might have life, and have it more abundantly.” John 10:10.
“And the great dragon was cast down, that ancient serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him. And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now is come salvation, and power, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ; for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of his testimony; and they did not love their lives to the death.'” Revelation 12:11.
“Be sober; watch; because your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour; Which I resisted firm in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are fulfilled among your brethren in the world.” 1 Peter 5:8-9.
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.” 1 John 4:4.
“Whoever commits sin is of the devil; because the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested: to destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8.
Satan doesn't want us to know that we have nothing to fear.
“Do not be afraid, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10.
“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and all the strength of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7.
He doesn't want us to know about the power we have access to.
"What do we say, then, to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31.
“And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. That's why I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake. Because when I am weak then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13.
“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13.
📌
The devil doesn't want us to know the promises we have in Christ...
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
“Who delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son; In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins;.” Colossians 1:13-14.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh; That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” Romans 8:1-4.
"I'm already crucified with christ; and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20.
“To wit, if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Since with the heart one believes for righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made for salvation.” Romans 10:9-10.
“But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8.
“As the east is far from the west, so far removed our transgressions from us.” Psalms 103:12.
📌 Satan doesn't want us to know that there are conditions...
“Not everyone who says to me: Lord, Lord! will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21.
“And be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” James 1:22.
“And we are witnesses of these words, we and also the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32.
He doesn't want us to know that we have to reap what we sow.
“Make no mistake: God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will from the flesh reap corruption; but he who sows to the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” Galatians 6: 7-8.
“Then, when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.” James 1:15.
“For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, if he loses his soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:26.
📌
The devil doesn't want us to know what the future is...
“O my enemy, rejoice not over me; even if I have fallen, I will rise; if I live in darkness, the Lord will be my light.” Micah 7:8.
“Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6.
“For I know the thoughts that I think about you, says the Lord; thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11.¨
Armed to win! God's Word provides us with all the weapons we need to resist Satan and destroy his works. No wonder the devil doesn't want us to know about these Bible verses! If we commit ourselves to God's service, we will see the devil raging, but we can be bold to fight back, because we are promised victory - always! The result will be confidence, rest and peace in our spirit, the fruit of the Spirit will manifest in our lives and we will gain eternal life!

“Flee sexual immorality! All other sins that a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a Temple of the Spirit of Holiness (or Spirit of the Holy One), who dwells in you, and which you have received from God? The truth is, you are not your own but were bought with a price (the blood of Jesus). So, use the body to glorify God.” 1st Corinthians 6:18-20

“IF WE CONTINUE SIN WILLINGLY after receiving the knowledge of the truth, NO SACRIFICE FOR SINS REMAINS, only the fearful expectation of judgment, of the fire that will consume the enemies. Anyone who disobeyed the Torah of Moses (Moses) was killed without mercy on the word of two or three witnesses. THINK NOW HOW MUCH SEVERE THE PUNISHMENT WILL BE DESERVED BY THE PERSON WHO TRADES ON THE SON OF GOD, who treats as a common thing the blood of the covenant that made him holy.” Hebrews 10:26-29
“Do not love the world or the things in it. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him; for all the things of the world, the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes and the pride of life, do not come from the Father, but from the world. And the world passes, and so do your desires. But he who does the will of God abides forever.” 1st John 2:15-16
“INFIELDS! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an ENEMY of God!” James 4:4
“So, I say to you – indeed, in union with the Messiah I insist: DO NOT LIVE LIKE THE GENTILES ANY LONGER, with their useless way of thinking. Their intelligence was shrouded in darkness, and they were alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, owing to their resistance to the divine will.” Ephesians 4:17-18
“Someone asked him, “Lord, will only a few be saved?” Luke 13:23
“Go in through the narrow gate; because wide is the gate, and spacious is the way that leads towards destruction and #many (numerous) are those who enter through it; Because narrow is the door and narrow is the path that leads to life (squeezed, contains renunciation, obedience, afflictions and pressures) and only a FEW find it.” Matthew 7:13-14
“He replied: “STRIVE to enter through the NARROW GATE, because I tell you that many will try to enter, but will not be able... You will stand outside, knocking on the door and saying, 'Lord, open to us the door. door!'. He, however, will answer: 'I don't know you, I don't even know where you are from!'. Then you will say: 'We ate and drank with you, you taught in our streets!' And he will say to them, 'I don't know where they are from. Get away from me, all you who disobey the commandments of God.” Luke 13:24-28
“If the hand causes you to sin, cut it off! It is better to be maimed, and reach eternal life, than to keep two hands and go to Gei-Hinnom, to the unquenchable fire! And if the foot causes you to sin, cut it off! It is better to be crippled but gain eternal life than to stand on two feet and be thrown into Gei-Hinnom! And if the eye causes you to sin, pluck it out! It is better to have one eye and enter the Kingdom of God than to have two eyes and be thrown into Gei-Hinnom, where the worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.” Mark 9:43-48
“So if your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away...And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away! It is better for you to lose a part of your body than to be thrown whole into Gei-Hinnom.” Matthew 5:29
"Therefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Not everyone who says to me: Lord, Lord! will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only he who does the will (observes the commandments) of my Father in heaven.
On that day many (numerous) will say to me: Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? And also in your name we cast out demons. And in your name we performed numerous demonstrations of power (miracles).
Then I [Jesus] will tell them openly to their face: I never knew you! Depart from me, you who practice works contrary to the commandments of God.” Matthew 7:20-23
“For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not burdensome.” 1st John 5:3

What an incredible hope we have in our Lord's return. Even though we don't know the exact day or hour, when we look to our future we have this unwavering promise that He will return. In today's verses we see that when Christ returns, Christians who died will rise first. Then those still alive when Christ returns will be gathered with Him in the clouds.
One of my favorite truths from this passage of Scripture is the fact that from this moment on, we will be with Jesus forever. What an encouraging promise!
This incredible promise of Christ's return helps us persevere through trials as we patiently wait for His imminent return. It also comforts our hearts when we find ourselves mourning the loss of a loved one who was a believer. We cling to the promise that one day we will be with them again. Our pain is not forever; it is only temporary.
Just as Paul encouraged the Thessalonian church members in his day, we need to do the same and encourage those around us with this truth. Jesus is coming back, and when He arrives, these momentary struggles will be over. We who are in Christ look forward to the future. Our best days are yet to come. In the meantime, use this truth to build up those Christians you know who are struggling.
Prayer
Dear God, help me to encourage those around me. Help me to edify others and encourage their hearts as we wait for his return. Help me keep my focus on heaven and actively work to advance the gospel in the lives of those who don't yet know it. Help me to remain in You as I look forward to the day when I will be with You forever. Until that day I pray, come Lord Jesus, come. Amen.
2 Samuel 12
The prophet Nathan rebukes David
12 The Lord God sent Nathan the prophet to David. Nathan went and said:
— There were two men who lived in the same city: one was rich, and the other was poor. 2 The rich man had a lot of cattle and sheep, 3 while the poor man had only one sheep, which he had bought. He took care of her, and she grew up in his house, along with his children. He fed her his own food, let her drink from her own cup, and she slept in her lap. The sheep was like a daughter to him. 4 One day a visitor arrived at the rich man's house. He did not want to kill one of his own animals to prepare a meal for the visitor; instead, he took the poor man's sheep, killed it, and prepared a meal from it for his guest.
5 Then David was furious with the man and said,
"I swear by the Lord, the living God, that the man who did this must be put to death!" 6 He must repay four times what he took, for doing such a cruel thing!
7 Then Nathan said to David,
“That man is you. And this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: “I made you king over Israel and saved you from Saul. 8 I gave him his kingdom and his wives; I made you king of Israel and Judah. And if that wasn't enough, I would have given you twice as much. 9 Why did you disobey my commandments and do this horrible thing? You caused Uriah the Hittite to be killed in battle; he let the Ammonites kill him and then he took his wife! 10 Therefore, because you disobeyed me and took Uriah's wife, some of your descendants will always die a violent death. 11 And I also say that I will make one of your own family cause your misfortune. You will see it when I take your wives and give them to another man; and he will have intercourse with them in broad daylight. 12 You sinned in secret, in secret, but I will make it happen in broad daylight for all the people of Israel to see.”
13 Then David said:
— I have sinned against God, the Lord.
Nathan replied:
— The Lord has forgiven your sin; you will not die. 14 But because, by doing this, you showed such contempt for the Lord, your son will die.
15 Then Nathan went home.
The death of the son of David and Bathsheba
So the Lord made the son of David and Uriah's wife very sick. 16 David prayed to God that the child would heal, and he would not eat anything. He went into his room and spent the entire night lying on the floor. 17 Then the palace officials tried to get David to get up, but he would not and would not eat with them. 18 A week later the child died, and the officials were afraid to tell David the news. They said:
— While the child was alive, David did not respond when we spoke to him. How are we going to tell him the child died? He might do something crazy!
19 When David saw the officials whispering to one another, he understood that the child had died. Then he asked:
"Did the child die?"
- He died! they replied.
20 Then David got up from the ground, took a shower, combed his hair, and changed his clothes. Then he went to the house of the Lord God and worshiped him. When he got back to the palace, he asked for food and quickly ate what was served.
21 Then his officers said,
“We don't understand this. While the boy was alive, the master wept for him and did not eat; but as soon as he died, the master got up and ate!
22 — Yes! replied David. “While the boy was alive, I fasted and wept because the Lord would take pity on me and not let him die. 23 But now that he is dead, why fast? Could I make him live again? One day I will go to where he is, but he will never come back to me.
The Birth of Solomon
24 Then David comforted his wife Bathsheba. He had relations with her, and she gave birth to a son, whom David named Solomon. God loved the boy 25 and commanded the prophet Nathan to name him Jedidiah because the Lord God loved him.

10 However, to those who are married, I command, not I but the Lord, that the woman does not separate from her husband.

Unequally yoked is a choice to be avoided...
When you're single!
When you're dating and the different interests are noticeable!
How many goals are not the same!
If married, when realizing this unequal yoke, one must fight for the spouse for his conversion! If you separate for reasons of violence or an attempt on your life, you should not remarry.

HOW TO UNDERSTAND THE EXPRESSION 'MINISTRY OF DEATH' IN 2 CORINTHIANS 3:7?
“And if the ministry of death, engraved in letters on stones, was clothed with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look at the face of Moses, because of the glory of his face, though it faded away.” (2 Corinthians 3:7).
Reading carefully the entire chapter of 2 Corinthians 3, one can see that Paul speaks of “ministry” and not of “law”. The term 'law' is not used, which will be fundamental for our analysis of the text, because if it does not mention the law of God, then we cannot say that it has been abolished.
“The apostle draws several contrasts between the covenants, which, in brief, are these:
OLD CONCERT => NEW CONCERT
1. “ministry of death” =>1. “ministry of the spirit”
2. “ministry of condemnation” =>2. "Justice ministry"

THEREFORE, THE OLD COVENANT WAS TO MINISTRY SYMBOLIC ELEMENTS THAT POINTED TO THE FUTURE REALITY (JO 1:29; MT 27:51) AND THE NEW COVENANT IS A CONCERT OF THE SPIRIT (2 COR 3:6) .
LET'S ANALYZE THESE CONTRASTS, FOR BETTER CLARIFICATION
“1 and 2. What was this “ministry of death” or “ministry of condemnation?” It most certainly does not mean 'law', because ministry or ministration has never been synonymous with law. The administration of a law is one thing, the law itself is another thing.
The ministration, or ministry, is nothing more than the means by which the law is applied, taught and lived, only ill will can confuse it. Therefore, it is beyond doubt that the "ministry of death" or "ministry of condemnation" unmistakably refers to the ancient ministry or administration of the law which was "engraved in letters on stone" - i.e. the covenant based on the decalogue, covenant this one that, due to the incapacity of the Israelites, found reality in the acts of Christ in our favor, ending with the death of the Lamb.
The new covenant, in contrast, Paul calls the "ministry of the spirit" or "ministry of righteousness." It is evident that, in vivid and comparative language, the apostle seeks to show that Christ and his ministry are the effulgent glory, beside which the glory of the ministry of former times paled and faded.
The book of Hebrews is full of these contrasts, a book that was written for the Jewish believers, who until they accepted Christ naturally believed that the glory of Sinai - the ministration (ministry) of the divine law by the priests, Levites and governors - was the last word in the celestial plane. However, they later saw that the glory of Christ far surpassed it.
“It is evident also that the comparative metaphor “boards of stone” and “boards of flesh of the heart” is indicative of the contrast between the two covenants.
Compare carefully with Jer. 31:31-34 and Ezeq. 11:19, 20. But there cannot be found the slightest allusion to the abrogation (annulment) of God's law. It should also be remembered that there are expressions in the Bible that must be understood for what they actually mean and not so much for the form of words.
By simple literary figure, the ministry of the law in the old covenant is called "death" or "condemnation", this because the transgression of the law (sin) had its wages of death or condemnation. Also in the days of Elisha, once upon a time, the sons of the prophets gathered around the “big pot” in which colocynthide was boiled.
Evidently they were poisonous herbs because those who ate them cried out, "Man of God, there is death in the pot." II Kings 4:38-40. In exact language, they wanted to say that there was something inside the pot that would cause death, but, changing the cause for the effect, they shouted, expressing themselves in that way. But it's easy to find the meaning. Just be sincere, and want to discover it. Thus Paul's relation to the "tables of stone."
3. Consider the "letter that kills" in contrast to the "spirit that gives life." A ministry of law, based on its letter, results only in death for its transgressors; but a ministry of law, based on the righteousness of Christ through the working of the Spirit in the sinner's heart, results in life.
The first ministry was a dead letter, due to default on the part of the people; the latter, the spirit that quickens, because it is Christ who enables man to obey. Always in focus the two concerts. Nothing suggests the abolition of the decalogue.
4. As to what "was done away," verse 14 says, in the original, that it was the old covenant (diatheke) and not the law of God. The new remains. If the Bible says it remains, it is because it does, whether the enemies of the truth like it or not. Do not contradict the Word of God with exegetical juggling. Nothing is here asserted concerning the decalogue.
5. Finally, regarding the “glory” mentioned by Paul, it concerns the glory proportionate to the two ministries. Divine justice shone fearfully on Mount Sinai, when the law was solemnly proclaimed. God was there at Sinai a consuming fire.
But how incomparably greater, infinitely greater, is the glory of God shedding its life-giving rays upon the earth, when Christ descended to "save a people from their sins."
See Matthew 1:21 "She will give birth to a son, and you shall name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.
The last "glory" paled the first. That first – which reflected on Moses' face – was abolished, surpassed as it was by the unparalleled radiance of the second. The Bible clearly says that the veil was placed on Moses' face, not on the tables of the law. It was his face that shone, not the boards; and it was the brightness of his face that faded, not the decalogue.
“Commenting on this chapter, wrote the scholars and fundamentalists Jamieson, Fausset, at Brown: ‘The moral law of the ten commandments, being written by the finger of God, is as binding now as it ever was; but still under the gospel with a spirit of love, than under the letter of a slavish obedience; now with much more intense and deeper spirituality (S. Matthew 5:17-48; Rom. 13:9)'.
"THEREFORE, II CORINTHIANS 3 REAFFIRMS THE RIGHT OF THE LAW!"
Note that the New Covenant does not abolish the Decalogue. Our being in the New Covenant does not end with God's command. Read:
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will write my laws in their minds, in their hearts I will write them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.” (Jeremiah 31:33).
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds, and in their hearts I will write them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” (Hebrews 8:10).
Do you understand? In the New Covenant we do not keep the law “in the letter”, but in the spirit, that is, from the heart, inwardly. In the New Covenant, the law will be written by God in our minds and hearts to obey automatically, through communion with the Creator.
Where in these texts do you see the abolition of the law just because we are in the New Covenant? Now, if in the New Covenant the law will be written in the 'heart and mind', how can it be annulled? The New Covenant reaffirms God's law; it puts the law of God in a new perspective, which is not to save but to direct the believer's life so that he turns away from sin and turns to God. In the New Covenant, the law springs from the heart because it was the Holy Spirit who placed it there; it is not like the Old Covenant where obedience was by the “letter of the law” (and not inwardly), only outwardly.
“A careful study of both covenants reveals that the difference between them was not in the law, but in how mankind related to the law...
The law was written on stone tablets during the old covenant. Under the terms of the new covenant, it is written in the heart. In Hebrews 8:10, Paul uses Jeremiah's words for the new covenant, explaining that now the law is not written on stones, but "I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their hearts I will write it." He did not abolish the law, nor did he change it. He wrote it on the minds of those who follow Him.”

WHY GOOD WORKS IF I AM SAVED BY GRACE?
1. The Bible teaches that good works are a demonstration of our faith and love for
God. In James 2:18, it is written: "But someone will be able to say, 'You have faith and I have works.' Show me your faith without works and I will show you my faith by my works."
2. Doing good works is a way of imitating Jesus Christ, who dedicated his life to serving others. In Ephesians 5:1-2 it says, "Like God, therefore, as beloved children, and live in love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and sacrifice of a pleasing aroma to God."
3. Good works are not a way to buy salvation, but are a response to the salvation we have already received through God's grace. In Ephesians 2:8-9, it is written, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not of works, lest anyone should boast."
4. Good works are a way to glorify God and testify of his love to the world. In Matthew 5:16, it is written: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
5. Finally, doing good works can bring us many blessings and rewards in our earthly life and in the eternal life. In 1 Timothy 6:18-19, it is written: "That they do good, that they are rich in good works, generous in giving and ready to share. In this way, they will store up for themselves a secure treasure for the future and have the life true that is real life."

The light is good right?
The light illuminates to find what we are looking for...
Help us find what we lost...
It allows us to see things. Arrange the objects...
Light allows us to do any task without hindrance...
Upon arriving home, after opening the door, the first thing we do is turn on the light! Right? Whoever walks in darkness loses sight, bumps into stumbles, does not know where he is going because everything is darkness! Therefore, if you are in darkness, turn on the light of Jesus in your heart! So that you have vision and follow him on the Path 🙌

Salvation is by Grace, but it wasn't by Grace.
Blood price has been paid!
He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son, in whom we have redemption through his blood, that is, the forgiveness of sins.
Colossians 1:13-14
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. Ephesians 1:7
Knowing that it was not with corruptible things, such as silver or gold, that you were redeemed from your vain way of life, which you received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of an immaculate and undefiled lamb.
1 Peter 1:18-19
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.
1 John 1:7
Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the everlasting covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ, the great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with every good work to do his will, working in you that which is before him. it is pleasing through Christ Jesus, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen!
Hebrews 13:20-21
But now, in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Ephesians 2:13
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.
John 6:56
how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? Hebrews 9:14
Come then, and let us reason together, saith the Lord; though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.
Isaiah 1:18
In like manner he took the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the New Testament in my blood, which is shed for you. Luke 22:20
Jesus is alive! Jesus is risen!
It's Easter! Jesus conquered death! And he will come back!
Resurrection is the greatest victory over death and God is the only one with enough power to defeat it. And the greatest demonstration of this victory was when Jesus rose on the third day.
In his own strength, no one is able to overcome death. But those who trust in Jesus and his resurrection power have already defeated death!
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, even if he dies, will live;
John 11:25
You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. And we are witnesses of that.
Acts of the Apostles 3:15
By his power, God raised the Lord and will also raise us up.
1 Corinthians 6:14
I want to know Christ, the power of his resurrection and the participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death
Philippians 3:10
He is not here; he is risen, as he had said. Come and see the place where he lay. Go quickly and tell his disciples: He rose from the dead and is going ahead of you to Galilee. There you will see him. Note that I already warned them."
Matthew 28:6-7
"Do not be astonished at this, for the hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out; those who did good will rise to life, and those who did evil will rise to be condemned.
John 5:28-29
Happy and holy are those who participate in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them; they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:6
That same day, the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, approached him with this question: "Teacher, Moses said that if a man dies without leaving children, his brother must marry the widow and give her descended from him. There were seven brothers among us. The first married and died. As he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. The same thing happened with the second, with the third, until the seventh. Finally, after all , the woman died. Well, in the resurrection, whose wife of the seven will she be, since they were all married to her?" Jesus replied, "You are mistaken because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God! In the resurrection people do not marry or are given in marriage, but are like the angels in heaven.
Matthew 22:23-30
As he was going up to Jerusalem, Jesus called the twelve disciples privately and said to them: "We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death and hand him over to the Gentiles that they may mock him, flog him, and crucify him. On the third day he will rise again!"
Matthew 20:17-19
Then he began to teach them that it was necessary for the Son of Man to suffer many things and be rejected by the religious leaders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, he should be killed and three days later rise again.

Jesus died for our sins...
Jesus died for our sins...
The Wrath of God fell on Jesus...
He stayed until the end! He consummated our victory on that Cross!
It's done!
Anyone who believes can receive the remission of sins through Jesus!
You receive? It is of Grace and oela Grace.
Understand what happened on a Good Friday:
According to the Gospels, Jesus was nailed to the cross on Friday at noon, dying at "the ninth hour", or three in the afternoon. It was customary to place a plaque at the feet of the crucified, so that everyone would know the reason for the condemnation. The sign at the feet of the Messiah read: "Jesus, Nazarene, King of the Jews" (in Latin: INRI - Iesus, Nazarenus, Rex Iudaeorum). At the foot of the cross is Mary, her head turned upwards.
A few hours later, Jesus, with dry lips, wished for water. His mother understands and asks the soldier to help her. Instead of water, they offer drops of vinegar. Suddenly, Jesus pronounces in Aramaic: Eli, Eli, lamma sabacthani?, which means: "My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?" These are the words that open Psalm 21(22). For Eliphas Levi, the correct translation would be "My God, my God, how much you glorify me!"
For three hours Mary suffered with Jesus. Kneeling, she embraced the cross and tenderly kissed her son's wounded feet. Then she heard Jesus say, "It is finished. Father, into your hands I commend my spirit"; then He gave a great cry, expired, reclined His head and died, as Mark informs.
The Gospels relate that at that moment an earthquake shook the earth and a dark darkness covered Palestine. They all fled, saying, "This was indeed the son of God!" At 6 pm, Jesus, considered dead, was taken down from the cross. Maria fainted, being supported by those who were close. Afterwards, she received her dead son's body in her lap, warming it in her heart.
They wrapped the Messiah in a linen sheet and the image of the Savior was engraved on it. Maria, numb before the event, shelters her dead son in her lap. She embraces him with a vehement gesture of love and lies down beside him. She envelops him in an attempt to bring him close to her soul. With passion, she draws Jesus to her, as if she, the procreator of life, wanted to challenge God for having imposed this suffering on them.
Before having her son taken into the darkness of the grave, Mary caressed Jesus' face one last time.

EASTER AND PAGANISM!
AWAKEN from this SLEEP of DEATH...
Speak the TRUTH to your CHILDREN.
To the sincere servants of Jesus a warning!
We are coming to another Biblical Feast called Pêssach, but along with it a religious syncretism that we must abstain from. Let's go to some commandments established by the disciples of the Messiah:
“But write them to abstain from defilement from idols, from fornication, from what is strangled, and from blood.” Acts 15:20
“I say rather that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, not to YHWH. I do not want you to be participants with demons.
You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot be partakers of the table of the Lord and of the table of demons.” 1st Corinthians 10:20-21
With that in mind, I want to make a few observations:
They changed the elements of Passover: From the Lamb to the Rabbit. Bitter herbs and unleavened bread for chocolate eggs. This change is intended to honor and worship a pagan deity, the goddess Ishtar, also known as Easter, Ostera, Ostara, Eostre. Millennia before the biblical Easter was celebrated, some peoples like the Babylonians already celebrated the return of the “Goddess of Spring” holding an Egg in her hand while watching a rabbit (the symbol of fertility), jumping happily around her feet. Therefore brothers, in the face of these facts, celebrate the Feast of Passover with its correct elements! Do not give chocolate eggs to your children, teach them the truth, the Gospel with lamb, unleavened bread and bitter herbs (1st Co 5.8).
“Cast out the old leaven, that you may be a new batch, just as you are unleavened, since the Messiah, our Passover Lamb, was slain. Therefore, CELEBRATE the Feast of Passover, not with the old leaven, nor with the leaven of wickedness and malice, but with the Matzot/unleavened bread of sincerity and Truth.” 1st Corinthians 5:7-8
*If you have any doubts, research about the Ostara Festival (Easter) and who she was and you will understand where the eggs and the rabbit (hare) come from.

One
broken is closer to God...
This may be one of the reasons why God allows tragedies, pain...
A broken heart is a repentant heart, sad for its sins, wanting to change its life. God approves of those who are brokenhearted and ask forgiveness for their sins.
God cannot resist a contrite and broken heart. When someone comes to God repenting for sins, he forgives and restores. God comforts the broken heart and restores hope and joy.
the Lord is near
those with a broken heart
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
He alone heals the brokenhearted
and takes care of your wounds.
Psalm 147:3
Sacrifices That Please God
they are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.
Psalm 51:17
For thus says the High and Lofty,
who lives forever,
and whose name is holy:
"I dwell in a high and holy place,
but I also dwell with the contrite
and humble in spirit,
to give new life
to the spirit of the humble
and new breath to the heart of the contrite.
Isaiah 57:15
My body and my heart
may falter,
but God is the strength of my heart
and my inheritance forever.
Psalm 73:26
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
Sacrifices That Please God
they are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.
Psalm 51:17
Godly sorrow does not produce remorse, but repentance that leads to salvation, and worldly sorrow produces death. See what this godly sorrow produced in you: what dedication, what apologies, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what concern, what desire to see justice done! In all you have shown yourself innocent in this regard.
2 Corinthians 7:10-11
It wasn't my hands that made
all these things,
and why did they exist?"
asks the Lord.
"To this I esteem:
to the humble and contrite of spirit,
who trembles at my word.
Isaiah 66:2
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord,
it's over me,
because the Lord anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to care for those who are
with a broken heart,
announce freedom to the captives
and deliverance from darkness to the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor
and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn and give to all who mourn in Zion
a beautiful crown instead of ashes,
the oil of joy instead of mourning
and a mantle of praise
instead of depressed spirit.
they will be called
oaks of justice,
planting of the Lord,
for the manifestation of his glory.
Isaiah 61:1-3
"Blessed
the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed
those who cry,
for they will be comforted. Blessed are the humble,
for they shall inherit the land.
